Summer fashion illustration (green swimwear )- Ljetna modna ilustracija (zeleni kupaći kostim)

Today I'm back with another swimwear fashion illustration. Well, actually it is more a sketch, but I like how it turned out. Lately I've been feeling inspired to draw swimsuits. Maybe it is because of the fact that I haven't had a single beach day this Summer, so I'm lusting after seaside. It is almost mid August and I haven't as much as dipped my toe in the sea. Lucky me, ha? Anyhow, this time I illustrated a green one piece swimsuit. The medium is coloured pencils on printing paper (not the best option, but I've been too sick to go to the art store).

Danas sam opet tu s još jednom modnom ilustracijom kupaćega kostima. Zapravo je više kao skica, ali sviđa mi se kako je ispala. U zadnje vrijeme me hvata inspiracija za crtanje kostima. Možda je to zbog toga her nisam ovo ljeto nijedan dan bila na plaži. Skoro je sredina kolovoza, a ja nisam ni smočila prst u more. Baš imam sreće ove godine. Uglavnom, ovaj put sam ilustrirala jednodijelni zeleni kupaći kosti,. Medij su bojice na običnom papiru za printanje (nije najbolje opcija, ali bila sam prebolesna da odem u dućan).

Friday Fashion illustration has been a regular feature one my blog for a long time now. I was late to discover the dangers of AI art theft, so I suppose the damage is done with the art I posted. I will try to be more careful in the future and post less.

Time for a bit of fashion illustrating advice!
 SHOULD YOU USE A REFERENCE WHEN PRACTICING FASHION ILLUSTRATION?

Is reference important?
 Should I drew with a reference or from imagination?
 My answer would be that you should do both.
 When I wrote about ten ways to improve your fashion illustration skills, both drawing with and without reference made my list of tips. 
 I said that drawing with reference is important because it not only teaches you how to draw what you see but it also teaches you to look and pay attention to details. 

Similarly, drawing without a reference is important because it teaches you to see with your mind's eye.  

Both is important to challenge yourself.

    Nadam se da ćeš imati prilike da svratiš do obale. U svakom slučaju, zdravlje je broj 1, a sve ostalo se posle da lako rešiti. Eto, bar si bila inspirisana za ovakvu lepotu. Mislim da bi ti bilo kojim materijalom bila u stanju da napraviš nešto izuzetno. Mnogo mi se sviđa sve! Ta zelena, poza, osećaj pokreta i dimenzije. Stvarno me inspirišeš da i sama krenem da crtam/slikam iako bi to bilo smešno u poređenju sa tobom ;)

    Read my testimony! Getting ex back after a breakup.
    My boyfriend of a 2year just broke up with me and am 28 weeks pregnant. I have cried myself to sleep most of the nights and don’t seem to concentrate during lectures sometimes I stay awake almost all night thinking about him and start to cry all over again. Because of this I end up not having energy for my next day’s classes, my attendance has dropped and am always in uni and on time. Generally he is a very nice guy, he ended it because he said we were arguing a lot and not getting along. He is right we’ve been arguing during the pregnancy a lot. After the break up I kept ringing him and telling him I will change. I am in love with this guy and he is the best guy I have ever been with. I’m still hurt and in disbelief when he said he didn’t have any romantic feelings towards me anymore that hurt me faster than a lethal syringe. He texts me once and then mainly to check up on how am doing with the pregnancy, he is supportive with it but it’s not fair on me, him texting me as I just want to grieve the pain and not have any stress due to the pregnancy. I was really upset and I needed help, so I searched for help online and I came across a website that suggested that Dr Ahmed can help solve marital problems, restore broken relationships and so on. So I felt I should give him a try. I contacted him and he told me what to do and I did it then he did a spell for me. 28 hours later, my boyfriend came to me and apologized for the wrongs he did and promise never to do it again. Ever since then, everything has returned back to normal. I and my boyfriend are living together happily again.. VISITING NATURE RESERVE HUTOVO BLATO IN A GREEN AND BLACK WINTER STYLING

Hello readers and fellow bloggers. Today I'm taking you with me on a winter walk through Hutovo blato, and let me warn you in advance, this post is going to be picture heavy. We visited Hutovo blato about a month ago on a sunny but mildly windy winter day.  Needless to say, I really enjoyed our visit. With summer being in full spring, I caught myself thinking about iconic summer outfits. Do you know what came to my mind? Costumes/outfits worn by Monica Belluci when she played Malena Scordia in an iconic Italian movie set on Sicily.  The costumes for that movie were designed by an acclaimed Italian costume designer Maurizio Millenotti and he outdone himself! Seeing that Malena is a historical movie, Maurizio choose quite timeless outfits and cuts that will ever go out of style. That fact makes Malena movie the perfect place to look for inspiration! Moreover, I feel that Monica Belluci's personal style is quite similar to Malena's (i.e. to the style of the character she is playing). READING MAUPASSANT, WEARING OZZ (BOOK REVIEW AND OUTFIT POST)

Hello dear readers and fellow bloggers. This post is going is going to combine literature and fashion. One could say that's a pretty common combination on my blog. When I post my book reviews, I like to add in some fashion images as well.  In this post, I'll share a review for a few short story written by Maupassant, a French author. I'll also show you some cute outfits I wore, so let's get started.  I'm sharing two outfits today, both of them have a touch of metallic in them. One of them is a more romantic lilac outfit worn with a silver cropped top, while the other is an all black look completed with a vintage black vest with golden imitation pearls. I think the vintage vest really added something to that look. Similarly, the silver cropped top complemented the lilac dress and skirt pretty well.
