Art Exhibition by Ivica Vlasić: The Beauty Of Wild Horses Captured On Breath-Taking Paintings

Recently, I've attended an art exhibition of a well known Croatian painter Ivica Vlasić in Aluminij Gallery in Mostar. I've seen some of works before, in churches and private collections, but this was my first time to actually attend an exhibition of his. I was really looking forward to seeing it and I wasn't disappointed. I loved the exhibition and I was very much impressed with the paintings.  First a few words about the painter himself, and then I'll tell you a bit more about my impressions.  Born in 1954 ( Vareš, Bosnia and Herzegovina), Ivica Vlašić graduated at Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo in 1976. The same year he went to Paris to further his studies. In 1987, Ivica Vlašić went to specialize painting in Warsaw at the Academy of Fine Arts on a stipend from Polish government. Ivica Vlasić has had 53 individual and over 150 group exhibitions. He has been organizing and teaching art classes and colonies for years.  He received numerous awards and recogniti...
