FRIDAY FASHION ILLUSTRATION: NEW AUTUMN INSPIRED ART AND DESIGNS

Hello, darlings! It's Friday and that means it's time for another FRIDAY FASHION ILLUSTRATION post! Today I have four new fashion illustrations to share with you. The medium for all of them is coloured pencils on  A4 printing paper. The colours used are predominately blue and red. Once again, I have made these illustration without a specific reference. The outfits are a mostly a product of my inspiration, but I was also inspired by one of my outfits. Two of these fashion illustrations (those depicting pencil skirts) were inspired by one of my own recent posts (Do you remember that post where I showed you 7 ways to wear a pencil skirt? That was the one!) These fashion illustrations are available in my Redbubble shop (on 59 products, including framed printsart printstote bags and stickers- to name just a few).

Ciao, cari lettori!

1. A-LINE DRESS 2. FLORAL FANTASY A-LINE DRESS 3. GRAPHIC T-SHIRT DRESS 4. CHIFFON TOP
Let's start with the most arty illustration. This pencil drawing depicts a brunette with blue eyes. After I have made this illustration, I also decorated it with flowers (and added some of my watercolour roses from one of my recent paintings in Paint). I just love how this one turned out! Scroll down to see the drawing process. Let me know how you like this one. It reminds me a bit of this one.
A PENCIL SKIRT PAIRED WITH A STATEMENT TOP
The fashion illustration you can see bellow depicts a burgundy pencil skirt paired with a blue statement top and a blue bag. Originally I drew it without the statement sleeves, but it looked too ordinary so I decided to add big bows to the sleeves. This outfit could be worn in different seasons, the colours make me think autumn but if I were to wear something like this, I would definitely add a blazer. Scroll down to see the 'making of' collage I put together so you can see the drawing process.
INTO  BLUE: A PENCIL SKIRT PAIRED WITH A BLUE SWEATER
This fashion illustration depicts a girl wearing a blue sweater, a pair of blue heels and a pencil skirt in same colour. The red bag breaks the monotony of blue. I think this would be a great autumn styling. What do you think? Scroll down to see the drawing process.
A PAIR OF FLARE JEANS, A BLUE SWEATER AND RED VEST
Bellow you can see a fashion illustration depicting a pair of jeans, a sweater and a vest. I think this would be a perfect transitional look for autumn. Flare jeans are always fabulous. What do you think?
DIY NECKLACE & FLORAL DESIGNS
One of the reasons why I'm looking forward forward to autumn/fall is the opportunity to pair my statement necklaces with sweaters. Do you remembered  this necklace that I made from recycled faux leather and hand sewn in rhinestones? I avoid using glue in my DIY projects, and that goes for making statement necklaces as well. Sewing things seems much more ecological- not to mention more reliable. Do you have any creative hobbies? Do you make your own accessories?  Do you like these illustrations? Do you like the mixture of styles with the addition of floral print?

  1. I think your fashion illustrations are so beautiful! I especially love the one of the girl with flowers in her hair. It's so fun that you added real flowers to it.

  6. Predivne ilustracije.

I must say that the statement ribbon-like sleeves are so fetching! They really do look like haute couture!
