THE LAST WISH, A BOOK BY ANDRZEJ SAPKOWSKI (BOOK REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION)
In this post, I shall review The Last Wish , a short story collection by Andrzej Sapkowski. In my last post, I reviewed Time of Contempt , the second novel and the forth book in the Witcher saga. I had actually read the sequel to it and was planning to review Baptism of Fire . However, I decided to review The Last Wish instead. The Last Wish is considered the first book in the Witcher series, even if it was published in 1993, a year after the publication of Sword of Destiny . The reason why The Last Wish is considered the first Witcher book is all due to do the chronology of the events it describes . The events described in The Last Wish take place before those described in Sword of Destiny. I have recently listen to an audio version of this book, so before I continue with other reviews, I want to review The Last Wish .
