VISIT BIOGRAD NA MORU WITH ME! (PART 2)

Hello dear readers and fellow bloggers! I'm sharing another article about beautiful Biograd town. I published the first part of  Biograd post yesterday. Today I'll share more photographs and impressions from my stay in Biograd na Moru (official site of this lovely seaside town here). My husband and I visited it earlier this June. We've been meaning to go there for a while because there are still some relatives living there that my husband hasn't met yet. So, we finally decided to go when my husband saw a discount on Croatian travel site called Crno jaje. This Croatian site specializes in giving and finding local travelling deals & discounts. The way it functions is that you print their code, voucher or whatever it is offering you some deal and then you can check in hotels and private accommodation in Croatia for a more affordable prince. We opted for apartments Dina (just sharing, nothing in this post is sponsored in any way nor are there any affiliate links). Our apartment was not far away from the sea, but there was a little forest you need to walk through (not that we minded that).  We only went to the beach once during the day (but we did walk around a lot at night). We spent three lovely days in Biograd. We actually managed to do a lot of social visiting, so it was an active vacation. We did a lot of walking too. The sea was a bit too fresh for my husband, but for me it was just perfect. I took a short swim at one of the lovely beaches there. Today I'll show you what I wore for our walks as well as share a few pics from our apartment.

THE STORY OF MY OUTFIT- HOW I WORE IT BEFORE?
This is an outfit consisting of items I already had in my closet. You know I love shopping my closet. I tied the red top I wore yesterday around my waist and I actually wore it when it got a bit colder later in the evening.

MORE INFORMATION ABOUT BIOGRAD NA MORU (CROATIA)

Biograd na Moru is located in vicinity of Zadar city. Finding it is easy. It is situated along the  the main  road Zadar - Split.  It could be said that Biograd is one of the central points of this part of Dalmatian riviera. This part of riviera consists of charming little places and villages such as: Petar na Moru, Turanj, Sv. Filip i Jakov, Pakoštane and Drage.  Biograd na Moru is also a ferry port for the beautiful island of Pasman. If you visit island Pashman, don't forget to explore villages on the island of Pasman: Tkon, Kraj, Pasman, Barotul, Mrljane, Nevidane, Dobropoljana, Banj, Zdrelac and Vrgada. There is definitely a lot to see and experience here. I would also recommend Sv. Filip i Jakov.

Biograd na Moru and the surrounding area provide excellent opportunities for sea related activities, sports and sailing. In fact, this place is simply ideal for nautical tourism and sailing. It is one of the best places in the Mediterranean for sailing, I'm sure. Moreover, there are three national parks in Vicinity of Biograd: Paklenica, Kornati Archipelago and Krka.  I have visited Krka last year and I absolutely loved it. In fact, I plan to visit it again. I think it goes without saying that I would love to visit other national parks in vicinity as well.

Even while I was on this mini vacation, I made time for painting and drawing. You can see my most recent TRAVEL WITH MY ART painting hereDo you want to see more of 'TRAVEL WITH MY ART SERIES'?  Bellow are the links in case you missed any of them.

  9. How absolutely lovely it sounds to spend three days in this gorgeous seaside town. Renting an apartment is a great idea too, so that you can come and go as you please. I always find this gives you more freedom than staying at a hotel I adore the photos of you wearing the blue dress with the red jumper draped around your waist. The light is absolutely fantastic! xxx
