VRBOSKA, BEACH SOLINE (HEAVEN ON EARTH)

If you ever get the chance to visit Vrboska in summer, I strongly paying beach Soline a visit. Beach Soline is hands down one of the most beautiful beaches on island Hvar. We were lucky to swim there three times this summer (before it got too crowded for my taste). We thoroughly enjoyed our experience there. This beach is so beautiful! Plus, you don't have to restrict yourself to the beach itself. This whole area is gorgeous. There is plenty of natural shade (mostly in the form of pine trees) so if you're not a sun lover, you should still be able to enjoy it. There are also two beach bars to choose from (see this post for more information).

WEARING: A DENIM SKIRT WITH DIY PATCHES 
Vrboska is nicknamed Little Venice for a reason. This beautiful picturesque fishing village is a dream to stroll. I actually walked all the way from Jelsa on this particular day. I love that walk. It's about 6 km  long walk but it feels less long because the views are so stunning you easily forget that you're walking.     Hello Ivana, hope you had a nice week so far and I see you're really enjoying this summer, how's the situation in Hvar? I hope is a little better than here.

    Noted on these tips, actually I'm craving a escapade to the beach in the upcoming weeks and I'm visiting Mallorca, which I always tell you that is pretty similar to the landscapes in Hvar. Just googled Vrboska beaches and they look not very far from here! The water in your pictures looks so crystalline and pure and it is definitely an invitation to keep calm in these weird times!

    Love all your outfits, and that hat is the greatest thing to take to the beach of course but also to explore the city!

    How beautiful Vrboska and Soline Beach are! I really envy you on all the natural beauty and fantastic scenery at your disposal. I can imagine it being crowded in Summer, though. FORGIVENESS DAY BY URSULA K. LE GUIN (BOOK REVIEW AND AN AUTUMN STYLING)

Hello dear readers and fellow bloggers! How are you today? I'm back with another Ursula K. Le Guin book review. In this post, I'll review " Forgiveness Day" , a science fiction novella that is a part of the Hainish Circle. Published in 1995, "Forgiveness Day " won multiple awards. This novella is often published together with her other novellas from the Hainish Circle, and it can be find in various editions of Four Ways to Forgiveness and Five Ways to Forgiveness.   Thematically, this novella is a part of five stories featuring two Hainish planets, but it can definitely be read on its own. I think it functions well as a stand alone novella. I listened to it in audio form, and I didn't have any problems following the story.  The world building is simple and effective. In this post, I'll share my review for Maugham's short story titled T he Ant and the Grasshopper . This post will also be  a reading recommendation because I enjoyed this story a great deal. I've been reading Maugham's The Complete Short Stories for some time now. I've been taking my time with this collection, but I enjoyed it a lot. When I finish this book in its entirely, I'll share a review for all of his stories. Until then, I'll keep posting individual reviews of stories I liked the most.
