Yellow Riding Hood / Žutokapica

Yellow Riding Hood....I'm living my autumn fairy tale at the moment. I'm letting the beauty of Autumn mesmerize me and I'm spending as much time outdoors as possible. Recently I visited Čapljina. It is a small city in region of Herzegovina. Everyone is always talking about it, saying it is the perfect city for taking a stroll. That's quite correct actually. For my part, I can say that I always enjoy taking a stroll here. Plus, I took the chance to check out one newly reopened cake house. This little city has an interesting history. Apparantly, it was founded by ancient Romans in fifth century BC. Its name  is derived from 'čaplja', which in Croatian means haron. This is no accident because in vicinity of this city, you will find bird reservoir and nature park Hutovo blato.  Haron is only one of the  bird that can be seen here. Now, I posted about Hutovo blato quite frequently, so instead of repeting myself, I will leave you a few links. (here, here, and here) 

Žutokapica....živim svoju jesensku bajku sada. Dopuštam ljepoti jeseni da me očara i provodim što više vremena vani. Nedavno sam bila u Čapljini, malom gradu u Hercegovini. Svi uvijek pričaju kako je to divan gradić, idealan za šetnju i posve se slažem. Uvijek mi je gušt šetati ovdje, a ovaj put sam isprobala i slastičarnicu koja se nanovo otvorila. Ovaj gradić ima zanimljivu povijest, osnovali su ga rimljani u petom stoljeću prije Krista. Njegovo ime potječe od riječi čaplja, a to nije slučajno  jer se u neposrednoj blizini nalazi ptičji rezervat i park prirode Hutovo blato. Čaplja je samo jedna od ptica koje se mogu tamo vidjeti. Već sam pisala o Hutovom blatu, pa ću umjesto ponavljanja ostaviti poveznice (ovdje, ovdje i ovdje).

    Hihi žutokapice, ovo mi je jedan od tvojih najdražih postova :) Sve se savršeno uklopilo u jesensku bajku, i ovaj park i sve njegove boje, i klupe, i tvoja kombinacija, čak i ogrlica.. Jedino torta malo odskače, ali nije da mi jedan mali komadić sad ne bi tako dobro sjeo ;) I moram ti još pohvaliti suknju i štramplice, oduševljena sam!

    Znaš već koliko volim žutu boju, a pogotovo u kombinaciji sa crnom :) Baš i deluješ kao da si izašla iz neke bajke, cela kombinacija ima tu neku magičnu notu, a opet je tako nosiva. Čak su se i te žute klupe savršeno uklopile! Drago mi je da sam saznala nešto novo i o tom mestu :)

    Moze meni ova torta :) Pojela sam vec dvije cokolade i jos mi nije dosta... ne znam sto mi je :) Ti si se savrseno uklopila u jesensko okruzenje a kombinacija je divna. Voooolim midice :) Capljina je preslatka ... ima i finih a povoljnih restaca a mene hrana uvijek veseli.

In this post, I'll review " Forgiveness Day" , a science fiction novella that is a part of the Hainish Circle. Published in 1995, "Forgiveness Day " won multiple awards. Hello dear readers and fellow bloggers! Welcome November! We'll welcome this new month with a blog review. In this post, I'll share my review for Maugham's short story titled T he Ant and the Grasshopper . This post will also be  a reading recommendation because I enjoyed this story a great deal. I've been reading Maugham's The Complete Short Stories for some time now. I've been taking my time with this collection, but I enjoyed it a lot. When I finish this book in its entirely, I'll share a review for all of his stories. Until then, I'll keep posting individual reviews of stories I liked the most.
