Floral Dress For Summer: Keeping It Simple (Outfit proposal) + Revisiting Buna
Hello everyone! I hope you're enjoying your weekend. The outfit I'm sharing with you today is all about this floral dress. I have had this dress for a while, and it has proven to be very versatile. I wear it pretty often because I simply love its vibrant floral print. One of my favourite ways of styling it is wearing it with a skirt, but I'm always finding new ways to wear it and sometimes I just like to keep it simple. Speaking of which, you can see alternative ways to wear such a bold floral dress here, here and here. I already wrote about my love for florals a number of time. Sometimes when I wear a bold floral print, I like to keep the rest of the outfit more simple. That was the case today. I paired this floral dress with sandals. Floral print has been trending this spring, but I think we'll be seeing it this summer as well. Summer is approaching and it is perhaps the most relaxed of a seasons. I don't know why, but I feel like summer is a time when you can get away with wearing pretty much anything. Maybe it is because it is vacation season and it puts people into a different frame of mind. How about you? Do you think we can get away with more during the summer? Are you looking forward to summer? Do you have your vacation planned already?
Besides the outfit, today I'm taking you back to one of my happy places. I love to stop by for coffee at motel & restaurant Kolo, Buna. Not that I'm advertising this place, but it is really lovely. It is very hard not to feel happy surrounded by amazingly beautiful Bunica river. Every time I'm here I need to pinch myself to make sure it's real. It looks like an episode from National Geographic or something like that. This place is also very close to Mostar city, so I really have no excuse not to visit often. It hasn't been long at all since my last visit (read that post here) and seeing how wonderful the surrounding is, can you blame me? Plus, I love socializing with the ducks here. They are so accustomed to me, that some of the run (or swim) to me as soon as they see me. One duck was even asleep right next to me while I was having my photograph taken. I almost missed it, because its feather allow it to blend perfectly. This duck obviously felt very at peace by our side. I do love animals and I think animals sense that. That is why in most cases they love me back. I cannot tell you how many people got annoyed with me because their pet started to ignore them once I came to visit. But what can I do? It's hardly my fault if animals like me.
