VISIT TROGIR CITY WITH ME!

Hello lovely people! Today I'm taking you to Trogir city. I visited this lovely Croatian city two days ago with some friends. We had a nice time.  It's lovely seeing the streets full of life and people again.  All the restaurants were full but somehow we managed to find a place for us in a small bistro in the marine on island Ciovo. In case you haven't visited before, there is a bridge connecting island Ciovo and Trogir city. I forgot the name of this small restaurant but I will add it if I remember it.

I will share both photographs I took two days ago and some from my previous visits. It is always a pleasure to visit Trogir.   This city has got a lot going for it. Trogir has one of the best preserved Romanesque- Gothic complexes in Europe. The city can boost with numerous historical landmarks. It has a high concentration of historical churches, towers, structures and a fortress. Literally, every where you look, you'll be beholding history. The city cathedral is especially impressive.

MY PREVIOUS VISITS TO TROGIR CITY  (BELLOW ARE LINKS TO MY PREVIOUS TRAVEL POSTS ABOUT THIS PLACE)

This charming historical city is located on a small island between Croatian coastline and island Čiovo. It is located only 27 kilometers from Split city. Moreover, it's only a five minute drive from the airport Split. In fact, airport Split is closer to Trogir then it is to Split city. If you're visiting this area or landing to Split airport, don't miss  the chance to visit this little city. Bellow you can see some of the photographs I have taken in the past.

Thank you for visiting. Have a lovely day!

  8. What a charming city full of historic and picturesque buildings. Thank you so much for taking us along for a well needed breath of fresh air. It's lovely to see people out and about again, although after all this time it still feels a bit weird being part of a crowd for me. Like Vix, I've been admiring that maxi dress, which is magnificent! xxx

  14. what a beautiful city! I'm in awe of the architecture, coastline and the trees. Looks like you're having a good time there! We are still under some kind of a lockdown here so crowds are not a thing in Malaysia at the moment. I don't miss crowds but I do miss the effortlessness of moving without restrictions and seeing your photos make me miss that :) xoxo

  15. Hello dear Ivana, I hope you had a lovely week and happy to see a travel blog post on Moda Odaradosti.

I would love to visit Trogir City one day and many other places in Croatia. The landscape just seems perfect: palm trees, clear water, towers and I'm sure food would be awesome too! People is going out a lot here too, and I do too but being very cautious of course.

Now talking obout the outfit I love that the dress is simple and graphic at the same time, such a powerful garment that I'm sure you'll be wearing many times :)

  16. Dearest Ivana,
Trogir seems to be a very beautiful city indeed. Wonderful old buildings, such beautiful church towers, and the sea as a neighbor! (That's always especially great for me as an inland European!) I also really like your red and black Maxi-dress. Do you still have it?
    All the best from Austria,
