    I tuoi schizzi fanno sempre riflettere: io adoro la mini ma solo con le calze coprenti perchè non me la posso più permettere se non al mare :) le scarpe basse non le adoro, io sono già bassa, ma per guidare vanno benissimo, il tartan non mi dispiace ma lo trovo più invernale che estivo e la moda? che dire è bello mettere un po' di noi perchè la moda passa lo stile resta! Happiness is.... a soccer stadium that even a soccer hater must admire... Happiness is....four thousand years old sphinx that is soaking Split's sunshine and resting her pretty heard from riddles and questions....for she is no hurry, she has felt at home here ever since, almost two thousand years ago, a Roman emperor named Diocletian put her there..... Happiness is a city that is more than a city....a city that is opera and klapa, rock and serenades....the past and the future...happiness and sorrow....tourist hotspot and home to forty thousand unemployed. Happiness is….concealed within the children that are jumping and playing on mosaics and monuments thousands of years old....and that is actually something beautiful, a sign that this city lives...a reminder that is has been successful in a very difficult task ....a reminder that it learned the very important secret of joining the past and the future. Podstrana (Croatia/ Hrvatska)

Today another post from Dalmatia (region in Croatia). I had already posted about Podstrana here . It is a settlement and municipaty located near Split (in fact only 8 km from this city). Podstrana has about 9000 residens. It is very popular with the tourists. Podstrana has been populated since the prehistoric days. The first people to settle there were  Ilyrians,  more specifically, an Ilyrian tribe called Pituntini. If you want to see what the appeal is, feel free to browse photographs. When I was there this Sunday, the rainy clouds fought battle with the sun...and this elemental stuggle created those silver shades that Impressionist painters were so crazy about. Standing at the beach, I could see just what they were so fascinated with. Sea has its own magic, powerful and ancient force that is hard to explain with words. Danas još jedna objava iz Dalmacije. Recently I wrote a post ( here ) where I explained why I initially hesitated to write about body perception but decided that I need to do it anyway. Yes, I was getting pretty tired of all that 'body' talk. I was getting tired of hearing how everyone finally managed to embrace their body. I was thinking, yes, that's great, but why I have to be hearing about it all the time? Why don't I ever hear stories about people who managed to increase their IQ? Why I don't hear stories about people who learned how to accept some personality traits of theirs? How they learned to embrace and understand people whose personality is different that theirs? Then I realized that I was wrong. I was wrong to ignore this subject. Because there is this burning issue with body perception and we can't just ignore it.
