Modna revija Stanke Zovko/ Fashion show by Stanka Zovko

This evening I attended  a fashion show by fashion designer Stanka Zovko that was organized in the honour of her 10 year anniversary under the name of Ozz. (More information on the site:  http://stankazovko.com/)
I hope you'll like the photographs because honestly I have worked my ass off to take them. Spending an hour and a half kneeling and standing wasn't exactly easy but I like taking photographs so it wasn't a big deal.

Pozdrav

  23. Hello Ivana,

gosh, what a beautiful work from you!!! I think by all the stress that you had, you couldnt enjoy that fashion show, right? But your photos are great. These Models looking really like Pro´s. And all these fantastic fashion that they wear - wow...

The Model on this Pic http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-AfViZAwlE7A/UTEXp05yMbI/AAAAAAAAEeY/olihTS4JRuo/s1600/DSCN0141.JPG wears my absolut favorite Shoes, but without the Plateau they are perfect. I like Heels in Nude-Look like this, but i havent such one - so far. I didnt found they to a good price - they are so costly...;-(

Could you image to be a Model and show fashion on the catwalk? I think i would love this.

    Bye.

    1. I'm sure you would be a great model Jennifer. I'm not sure I would be a good model, I'm sometimes a bit shy. Yes, taking the photos meant that I couldn't concentrate as much on the show, but still it was nice to be there.

    2. I forget about the shoes....yes, I like them too! Nude platforms are really great because they make the leg longers. The models were very nice and they were patient when it comes to posing for photos, they were really sweet girls.

    3. "I'm not sure I would be a good model, I'm sometimes a bit shy." - dont be worry about this. I think it´s only a question about self-confidence. If you would make this a few times, it´s surely normal stuff to you. But yes, in the beginning i could image to be nervous and shy - like i was on my first pro. Photoshooting.

But i´m sure, you would be a great Model - i can see this from all of your pics that i´ve seen so far!!! Models do the same, like we do everytime: walking, posing, smiling - all that stuff, that we can...:-)

      Bye.

      Jennifer

    4. yes, that is true...perhaps it only takes a bit of practice.

    5. Speaking of "practice": i take such a practice session in the past. I wanted learn to walking and posing like models do. I wrote about it on my blog - you find it here: http://jennifer-femininundmodisch.blogspot.de/2014/10/catwalk-coaching-kurs.html

This lession was great, but i´m not walking over the catwalk so far...;-(

      Bye.

      Jennifer

P.S.: the video in this post shows another group of people - they do the same. This video should only show, like my session was.

All your comments mean a lot to me, even the criticism. Naravno da mi puno znači što ste uzeli vrijeme da nešto napišete, pa makar to bila i kritika. Per me le vostre parole sono sempre preziose anche quando si tratta di critiche.

HOW TO STYLE A METALLIC DRESS FOR TRANSITIONAL WEATHER?

How to style a gold metallic dress for transitional weather? Today I have an outfit proposal that answers that question. I styled my metallic wrap dress with brown boots, a white and brown bag and a tartan blazer. The blazer has some gold treads so I thought it would be a good match for the dress. Besides, I like the idea of pairing a metallic dress with tartan. It looks more interesting that way. I was never one to shy away from patterns. This outfit can be worn both as everyday and night wear. The golden touches make this outfit look more dressed up, and heelless boots make it appropriate for day wear. If you want to glam an outfit like this one, all you need is a pair of high heels.
Metallic dress looks more tricky than it really is. Styling a metallic dress, for example, isn't that hard. As always look for colours and tones that suit your skin tone. Pair your metallic item with other items you like to wear or go for a full metallic look.  If you don't feel comfortable en…

EARLY SPRING OUTFIT FOR A DAY SPENT STROLLING THE MOSTAR CITY

Early Spring. The air itself smells of flowers in blossom. The sun is shining but it's not too warm. I love this time of year. I love to see the nature come alive and admire the almond trees in blossom. Early spring is possibly the best time to visit Mostar city. What can I say about Mostar that I haven't said already? It truly is a beautiful city, especially this time of year when it is so green. The most wonderful thing about Mostar is perhaps the river it is known for- river Neretva. Wonder the banks of Neretva river and you'll feel you'll entered a magical world. It is amazing to find such stunning natural beauty within a city. However, this city can boost of other rivers as well such as Radobolja. No wonder that it is known as the city of bridges.
The outfit proposal I'm sharing today is fairly simple. I've taken to wearing hats lately, mostly because the sun here is so strong. Spring sun can be misleading. You may not feel the sun rays  as intensely bec…

HOW TO STYLE A BATH ROBE COAT FOR TRANSITIONAL WEATHER?

One of more puzzling trends for Spring must be: the bath robe trend. It exists in many shapes and forms. Just like regular bath robes, these coats are made of different materials and come in different styles. Bath robe coats can give different vibes, from luxurious to relaxed ones. These bath robe coats sometimes come in silk and satin, while at other times they are made of wool or cotton. There was some confusion when the bath robe coat first appeared on the runaway. It was actually a few years ago, this is not the first season that it was introduced. However, this season we're seeing it around quite a bit, with a lot of celebrities choosing to wear this trend.

What to make of this trend? Will the bath robe trend become the new trench coat? It is hard to say. Nevertheless, it is easy to see the appeal of the bath robe trend. Coats cuts in this style are typically very cozy and comfy. If they are made from warmer materials, they make for perfect transitional pieces.  If you'r…
