Nature park Hutovo blato part. 2/ Park prirode Hutovo blato drugi dio

In the last post, you've seen the entrance to nature park Hutovo blato. That and me dancing for no reason whatsoever. But do we really ever need a reason to dance?  In today's post you'll see a lot more so buckle up and enjoy the ride. Hutovo blato is an important natural reserve. It is home to more than 240 migratory bird species and  about a dozen bird species are permanent residents here. If you want, you can read more on wiki.

U prošloj objavi, vidjeli ste ulaz u park prirode Hutovo blato. To i mene kako plešem bez razloga. No, treba li nam ikada zaista razlog za ples?

All the photos were taken last Saturday that is on 25th of April. The pumps from the last post were replaced with sneakers and left in the car, besides that and the addition of the red blazer the outfit is pretty much the same as in the last outfit post. Thank you for stopping by!

  2. Beautiful photos. The countryside is breathtaking and I like the red of your jacket in the greenery of the park, and the fact that you wore sneakers. Seeing the second boat was a great surprise.

  3. Such a beautiful place. I am a very odd duck in the way I adore air conditioning, hate sweating or getting dirty, but I adore being outside in the woods hikinig. I feel so at home there even though I did not grow up with it. I think it comes from my parents who did grow up in a more wild area. You look so beautiful, dear. So happy to see those gorgeous tights once again, especially that canoe shot :) Wow! I enjoy seeing those wonderful legs so much!! xoxo

  13. OMG you look so beautiful and the view of the park is also very beautiful and peaceful! It makes me want to go there, TBH. I'm afraid of boats and riding one because I always feel like it's gonna sink and what's worse is that I don't know how to swim so I'm always paranoid when it comes to those things. I experienced being on a ship and I was paranoid even though I somehow enjoyed looking at the ocean. D:

The scenery reminds me of Taal Volcano in Tagaytay here in the Philippines, the country where I live. I haven't even went there my whole life. I mean, I haven't seen it up close but I hope I'll be able to go there soon because this post gave me that urge. xx

  22. I'm a huge fan of different nature parks, this one Hutovo blato looks terrific. Those trees in the livery of spring are so gorgeous! The lake framed in woods I enjoyed most of all, it's so picturesque and refreshing. All in all, the place is amazing, I could only imagine how fresh and heady air is there, which definitely can made visitors drunk:)
I can't but mention that you look really attractive in red, that jacket works perfectly well with your handmade necklace, Ivana! You are like a juicy berry among this green space:)

CROATIAN FASHION WEEK: MATEYANEIRA FASHION ILLUSTRATION IN WATERCOLOUR

I can't really attend fashion weeks because I work full time, but with the help of the internet I get to follow fashion weeks digitally. One of the benefits of living in digital times, I guess. If you remember, I have already shared a number of fashion illustrations inspired by  spring/summer fashion weeks on this little blog of mine ( Valentino Spring Collection 20191 & 2, Zuhair Murad Spring Ready To Wear 2019 collection1 & 2Louis Vuitton Spring Collection 2019 ). Please don't click the links to buy the illustrations, they won't lead you anymore as my art store was lost and it will take me a while to manually remove all the links (I'll explain this later on in this post, for now let's concentrate on positive things like this cute new fashion painting I'll share with you and the design that inspired it).
I was a bit late with catching with Croatian fashion week because I've been busy with work. About a week or so ago, I finally found the time…

IS MOSTAR A GOOD EASTER DAY DESTINATION? PLUS A SPRING OUTFIT PROPOSAL

Luckily for me, Mostar is an excellent Easter day destination. You see, I had travel plans for this Easter weekend, but I caught a bad cold so I decided to stay in the city I'm currently based in. That's actually not a bad thing because (if you ask me) Mostar makes for a great Easter day destination. Naturally, I've would have loved to visit my family, but since that wasn't possible, I'm happy to be spending Easter in Mostar. I've already cleaned and decorated my home for Easter so I'm all set. I've also prepared an outfit proposal but more about that later on. First I'll talk a bit about Mostar. Why is Mostar such a great spring destination? I can think of a number of reasons, but from top of my head I would say wonderful climate, beautiful landmarks and interesting history. Mostar is gorgeous in spring time. With its seven rivers and a number of lovely parks, Mostar can feel like a city oasis.

Spending Easter in Mostar is something I would defin…

TROGIR CITY (PART TWO): KAMERLENGO CASTLE AND OTHER SIGHTS

KAMERLENGO CASTLE AND FORTRESS

As I promised in my last post, my description of  wonderful Trogir city continues. Today I'll show you the city's promenade, its walls and a historical fortress Kamerlengo. We'll start with the latter, as it is one of the main attractions. Castle and fortress Kamerlengo was designed and constructed in the fifteenth century by a local Croatian builder and sculptor known as Martin Radoj. Martin also worked on some of the Gothic elements of Trogir city cathedral and later on in life he was entrusted with the construction of Trogir port. The fortress was commissioned by the Republic of Venice, hence its name 'camelengo ' that is an Italian version of chamberlain. I didn't go inside of  Kamerlengo fortress this time because I've been there before so I just enjoyed observing it from the outside. Besides the Kamerlengo castle, today I'll also show you the city walls and other details from Trogir. Enjoy.

Once again, here is a li…
