    Prvo što mi je upalo u oči je to koliko detalja tu ima i kako se sve nekako uklapa. Koliko ti je vremena trebalo? :)

      bila sam odgovorila, pa mi se izbrisalo...pa sam odgovorila kod tebe...za ovu oko sat, ali nikad ne znam koliko će mi trebati, nekad bude brzo gotovo skoro pa u trenu, a nekad npr . za neki krajolik (ulje na platnu) mi treba mjesec dana.

I bought this second hand copy in Split this Summer, and read it in a heartbeat.  Published in 2019, A Long Petal of the Sea is one of Allende's more recent works.  Allende herself describes it in her Preface as 'a story of displacement and love, of sorrow and hope, of a couple trying to find their place in a world torn apart by violence'. The novel is told by fictional characters but it features real historical figures such as Pablo Neruda whose poetical description of Chile the author borrowed for the title of the novel. Happy Monday! How do you feel about Mondays? I'm warming up to them. Afterall, it is just another day. It can mean something good, perhaps even something great. Perhaps it is all a matter of perspective.... A fresh start of the week, new possiblities, new chances...but somewhere in back of my mind are all those Garfield images with 'I hate Monday' written all over them.  My love for oversized cats is my great weakness. Kezzie is the organizer and you can find her blog  here .  As some of you already know, I'm blessed to own a lot of beautifully framed oil, watercolour and acrylic paintings. As a hobby artist myself, it gives me great pleasure to have so many paintings on my walls.
