Podaca (Croatia) / Podaca (Hrvatska)

Podaca is a charming little place on the Croatian coast where I vacationed a few years ago. Like many villages (and cities) in the Mediterranean it was originally built a considerable distance from the sea because of the pirates. Nowadays, the houses are near the sea but the old part is still there. In this post you can see both the old part of the village and the new one. It was such a lovely place to take photos of and I enjoyed being there especially in the old part that is now almost abandoned.

All your comments mean a lot to me, even the criticism.
