Vrelo Bune(putopis) / Buna Spring (travel source)

Happy Easter to all who are celebrating it today! Today I'm sharing photos shot at different places near Buna river which is approximately 9 km long. The interesting fact about this rives is that it has one of the strongest springs in Europe!!!

Buna is a short river and in fact it is a left tributary of Neretva. Its famous spring (that I have showed in the photos)  is near the village Blagaj, southeast of Mostar. If you ever do visit Mostar, keep in mind that there are many amazing places to see near by. The region of  Herzegovina is heaven on Earth in terms of climate and scenery! I have already presented you with photographs of many places here, but I'm also preparing more travel posts so stay tuned:)

Dragi moji! ;)

All your comments mean a lot to me, even the criticism. Naravno da mi puno znači što ste uzeli vrijeme da nešto napišete, pa makar to bila i kritika. Per me le vostre parole sono sempre preziose anche quando si tratta di critiche.

10 STYLE LESSONS LEARNED FROM MALENA/ MONICA BELLUCCI

With summer being in full spring, I caught myself thinking about iconic summer outfits. Do you know what came to my mind? Costumes/outfits worn by Monica Belluci when she played Malena Scordia in an iconic Italian movie set on Sicily.  The costumes for that movie were designed by an acclaimed Italian costume designer Maurizio Millenotti and he outdone himself! Seeing that Malena is a historical movie, Maurizio choose quite timeless outfits and cuts that will ever go out of style. That fact makes Malena movie the perfect place to look for inspiration! Moreover, I feel that Monica Belluci's personal style is quite similar to Malena's (i.e. to the style of the character she is playing). There is definitely a Mediterranean lady feel about Malena/Monica Bellucci. What says summer better than Mediterranean and Sicily? Today we'll analyze Malena's style and see what we can learn from her. There is much to learn! Having analyzed looks that Monica wore in iconic Malena film, I…

30+ WAYS TO STYLE A PAIR OF JEANS: SUSTAINABLE FASHION

Hello there, lovely people! I hope you're staying in and staying safe.  In my last post, I blogged about different fashion related things you can do while in corona virus self-isolation or lock-down. One of the things I pointed out is taking this opportunity to become more sustainable in your fashion  choices. I suggested shopping your closet, trying out new looks with the clothes you already own and creating a visual diary (or a folder) with clothing items and outfits you like. If something works for you, why not capitalize on it, especially when it is also beneficial for the environment?

HOW MANY TIMES YOU SHOULD WEAR AN ITEM TO MAKE IT SUSTAINABLE? Today I'll show you what I like to do to make my fashion choices more sustainable- and that is getting the maximum wear out of an item. So, for a while now I've been creating these 'X ways to wear an X items' posts. These kind of posts take a lot of time to make, because I have to browse my old blog posts and hunt fo…

COLOURFUL STYLING FOR A VISIT TO ČAPLJINA CITY Orange, green, blue, black / Narančasta, zelena, plava i crna

Orange is the colour of warmth, some say. In the colour palette, it is placed between red and yellow, two colours that are very dear to me. So, the fact that I'm fond of this colour is not surprising at all. As you can imagine, I was very happy when I found this lovely midi dress. I've been looking for a long sleeved midi dress for a while, so it's great that I finally found one- and in perfect colour.   The fact that it is from a local brand Bellissima makes it even better. I'm mentioning this brand because people often avoid local stores thinking they are expensive, but in reality they are often cheaper than high-street brands. Yes, you read that right. You don't have to buy all your clothes in Zara, H&M and other high-street brands. Not that I'm against high-street brands. I'm not.  I mean buy clothes in Zara if that is what you really want, but don't be afraid to explore different options. Never buy something just because someone else is doing …
