I'm very pleased that I get to show you this place again. Despite the fact  that I already took you there with me (more than a couple of times actually), I still enjoy writing about it. Remember this , this , this or this post? For me, it is one of the hidden jewels of Herzegovina. Can you guess where it could be? Drum rolls....  It is Mostar Lake. Located in vicinity of Mostar city, this lake is actually man made and younger that me! Yes, it was made a few years after I was born. The length of the lake is about 10 kilometers and the depth is about 20 meters. I think it is safe enough for swimming. At any rate, I swam there a couple of times and as you can see nothing happened to me. There are many kind of fish living in this lake, so if they can survive there, I suppose it must be clean enough for swimming. Thinking about what I want to share today. Why not this  painting of mine? How long it has been since I shared some of my latest works? A day before yesterday? This one comes from that series ( here ). I suppose you have already seen it if you follow me on Instagram. I've been feeling rather inspired lately. I wonder if there is any connection between my recent thinking processes and my paintings, is there a collaboration between the two. Sometimes I find myself overthinking things and sometimes I realize that I'm actually using my head for constructive thoughts. It is hard to tell the difference between the two, isn't it?  Thinking about mediums. This one is a mixed media. Can you tell? It is a mix of watercolours and markers. I'm still trying to master watercolours or at least decided what exactly do I want to do with them. For me this medium doesn't come naturally, but I'm persistent.  I've been painting a lot lately but it never seems to be enough...

Recently I've shared another outfit in which I was wearing this leather jacket and on that occasion ( here ), I told you a story about how I ended up with this vintage jacket (probably not the first time I talked about it on this blog either). Anyhow, having thought about this outfit that I'm sharing today, I realized that is a lot similar to two outfits I wore in the past ( here and here ). Very similar actually but I don't mind. The moral of the story? If something works, don't touch it. I happen to like the combination of this leather jacket with this skirt. So, I wear it repeatedly. I only change some items (shoes, bags and top) and I'm good to go.
