Hello dear readers and fellow bloggers! In this post, I will review Sword of Destiny , a fantasy book by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski. Published in 1992, Sword of Destiny is considered the second entry in the Witcher series. Despite the fact that The Last Wish was published the following year, it is considered the first book in the series. In total, there are eight books in the Witcher series. Now, you might have heard of this Witcher series as there is both a popular game and TV series based on it! In fact, this fantasy saga has become a part of modern culture, inspiring plays, songs, comic books, television series and video games. This saga is so popular that it has been translated into 37 languages, making Andrzej Sapkowski the second most translated Polish author after Stanislaw Lem . Speaking of translations, I really enjoyed my Croatian translation of Sword of Destiny. Kindle books are practical, but nothing beats regular reading, that is,...

ReplyDeleteI know your love about painting with coffee, you really know how to do it right:) That sketch is so original and special, as always. The of the most exciting thing about it that you used coffee to create it:))) By the way, "kava" is Croatian language, right? In Serbia language is different? I must say I like some Serbian songs, so I'm curious is this the same language or very different one?
ReplyDeleteI think in Serbian it is kafa. Serbian and Croatian are similar, most languages in our branch (southern branch) of Slavic languages are alike in many ways.
DeleteCool look!)))
