URBAN VS. COUNTRY STYLE (GORANCI VILLAGE VS. MOSTAR CITY OUTFITS)

Image
Hello readers! In this post, I'll show you three outfits I have worn in April.  It's urban versus country style sort of post. One of these outfits I wore for a visit to Goranci village and two of them I wore in Mostar city. So, let's get started. Can you guess which outfit I wore in the country and which two outfits I wore in the city? What comes to your mind when it comes to country chic? Is the same kind of outfit you would wear in the city? How would you define urban chic? Are urban and country chic different? If yes, in what ways are they different? As much as I'm down with the whole mini trend, I won't be giving up on my bellow the knee, midi and maxi skirts and dresses. In fact, I might just feel best in midi length . Give me a pencil midi skirt and I'll come up with an outfit that is guaranteed to make me happy. Pairing midi skirts with heels always makes me feel feminine and dressed up. Perhaps some day we'll come up with an exact mathematics  formula for a 'pick me up' outfit. What do you think? Is there such a formula? Maybe it is more an individual  one, s...

Hello, Earthlings! In this post, we shall talk about  the connection between blogging and language learning. Considering I'm both a language teacher and a blogger, I might know a thing or two about this topic. I'll also share a cute vintage outfit shot at my favourite spot in Mostar city with you but more about that later.  Isn't it lovely that Spring is finally here? Better late, then never! DON’T LET LANGUAGE LEARNING MYTHS STAND IN YOUR WAY When it comes to language learning, there are so many myths surrounding it. Regardless whether we're talking about acquiring a foreign language or improving our own mother tongue, language learning is an activity few understand well. Many myths surrounding language learning often discourage potential language learners. Among the most common language learning myths are those that claim that it requires great talent, effort,  financial resources and so on.  As if language learning isn't something we've been doing since the ...
