Rain, street art and smiles / Kiša, ulična umjetnost i osmijesi

This was one of those days when you can't stop smiling and you're not even sure why. To tell you the truth this outfit is also from last year, but considering that it is raining outside now is actually the perfect time to post it. These photographs were taken in Mostar and I rather like them, especially those with the street art in the background. Not suprisingly, I'm a big fan of graffiti and street art, even more so when they're done artistically and when they become true works of art. I always try to share street art with you on my blog, because it can be very creative and inspiring. Back at University, I even wrote one paper about graffiti in Split city. Urban life can be inspiring too.

To je bio jedan od onih dana kada nam osmijeh ne silazi s usana, a i da sami nismo sigurno zašto je tomu tako. Da se razumijemo i ova odjevna kombinacije je od prošle godine, ali s obzirom da vani pada kiša danas je savršeni trenutak da je objavim. Fotografije su uslikane u Mostaru i baš mi se dopadaju, pogotovo one s naslikanim grafitima ( koji su više poput slika na zidu) u pozadini. Nije baš neko iznenađenje  da sam veliki ljubitelj grafita i ulične umjetnosti te vrste, pogotovo kada se uzdigne na razinu prave umjetnosti. Stoga se trudim s vama podijeliti uličnu umjetnost kada na na nju naiđem. Dok sam studirala, čak sam napisala jedan seminarski o grafitima u Splitu.  Urbani život također ima svojih  nadahnuća.

    while I look at your photos, I think of the film "Singin 'in the Rain" with in which Gene Kelly. Although you don't sing or dance on the photos, you smile like a happy dancer! Your outfit is excellent - very chic - and the street art in some of the photos is a really very attractive background. This form of graffiti I also like, unfortunately there is so much inartistic mess on so many walls in Vienna ...

    Nas je zatrpao snijeg na najjače tako da i sama nemam pojma kako i kada ću izviriti van a kamoli se slikati... šteta što kao ti nemam neke stare fotke već samo jedan ootd u najavi.     Ta sreća bez ikakvog razloga (ili možda baš zbog svega) je jedan od najlepših osećaja, a iz tvog osmeha se primećuje sva ta radost :) Ovo mi je jedan od tvojih najdražih postova jer je sve nekako savršeno uklopljeno. I ja volim tu vrstu umetnosti i možda baš zbog nje gradski život ima svoje čari. Stvarno su prava remek dela. Kombinacija je čista 10-ka! Obožavam duge suknje i haljine sa dubokim šlicem, baš taj šlic daje neku posebnu čar toj ušuškanoj kombinaciji. Pohvale i za fotografa! Slike su sjajno ispale. Shvataš već koliko mi se sve sviđa :)
