Split in details (photography) / Split u detaljima (fotografija)

Split city. Everyday I see something new in this city, something I haven't noticed before. I can't even describe on how many levels it inspired me. Perhaps I'm still not fully aware of what it means to me.

Grad Split. Svakoga dana u ovom gradu vidim nešto novo, nešto što nisam prije primijetila. Ne mogu ni opisati na koliko me razina nadahnjuje. Možda čak ni sada nisam posve svjesna koliko mi znači.

    1. hvala Mila...eto jedan dan u prolazu do otoka malo ostani i tu:). Split je dugo bio tranzitni grad ili grad u prolazu do otoka, a sada su odjednom svi turisti poludjeli za njim, valjda to tako u turizmu bude, ali meni je naravno uvijek bio lijep.

HOW TO STYLE A YELLOW BLAZER WITH DAD SNEAKERS FOR SPRING?

My outfit proposal of the day is a casual one. I feel that not too long ago a blazer worn with jeans wouldn't have been exactly my first choice, especially paired with dad's sneakers, but times are changing. One of fun things about trends is that they can make you step outside of your comfort zone a little bit. Obviously, we shouldn't follow trends just for the sake of following them, but often they can give us inspiration. I certainly like to look at them that way, as a source of inspiration. Fashion moves in circles, so playing up with trends doesn't really have to cost anything, especially if you have already mastered shopping your own closet. The athletic sneaker trend is certainly a tempting one. It's hard to say not to the comfy sneakers trend, especially when you enjoy hiking and strolling around as much as I do. Most people do have an ugly sneaker in their closet. It is possibly the most comfortable option out there, so why not try styling it for every day…

HOW TO WEAR DRESSES WITH SNEAKERS FOR SPRING & SUMMER?

If there is one outfit that screams spring and summer for me, it's dresses worn with sneakers. Naturally, dresses and sandals is another lovely pairing, but sneakers also have many benefits. From being orthopedic (not all of them but still) to being appropriate for all kind of terrains, there is no denying that sneakers are practical. You can take them anywhere, from a rock beach to a sandy one. You can pair them fun socks or tights for those days it's still not warm enough. Long story short, they do make for a lovely choice in this season. What are your thoughts? Do you like to wear sneakers in spring and summer? My last post was about styling dad sneakers with jeans and a blazer, and today I'll show you some of my favourite sneaker and dress combinations. If you ask me, the answer to the question can I wear dresses with sneakers is - yes, you absolutely can.

VISIT STOLAC CITY WITH ME! HERZEGOVINA IN SPRING TIME

My last post was all about Stolac fortress and the medieval fair that is held there annually. This post is going to be about Stolac city itself. Stolac is located at the far east of region Herzegovina and it is a part of a touristic route. If you're visiting Herzegovina, do stop by this place as well. If you ask me, Bosnia and Herzegovina is still an underrated destination. It has a lot to offer, especially in terms of history, natural beauty and cuisine. Since I moved to Bosnia and Herzegovina, I've discovered many lovely places here and Stolac is definitely one of them.
STOLAC,  AN UNESCO PROTECTED CITY WORTH A VISIT
The area surrounding the present day Stolac city has been populated since prehistorical times, which only makes sense, given the natural beauty and the climate benefits of this location. 3, 500 year old material evidence of urban life were found here, so that says something of the kind of urban tradition this place can boast of. Through its rich history, many hav…
