etno selo (drugi dio) / ethno village (part 2)

Today I'll show you different ways to wear a scarf. If you always wanted to know how to style a semi turban (i.e. tie a scarf as a semi turban) you've come to the right place.

Danas ću vam pokazati različite načine za nositi rubac (maramu). Ako ste uvijek htjeli znati kako vezati rubac (maramu) kao polu turban, došli ste na pravo mjesto.

step 1. take a scarf

korak 1. uzmite rubac/maramu

first I'll show you the usual way to tie a scarf

prvo uobičajen način za vezanje rubca/ marame

around the head and tucked in /oko glave, krajevi uvučeni

Now I'll explain the semi turban method/ sada objašnjavam kako vezati maramu u polu turban

semi turban - meet both ends at your forehead, cross them one around the other  and then tied them in the back - that's all there is to it/ polu turban- oba kraja dovedite do čela, unakrstite i zavežite nazad....to je sve.

I repeat: semi turban - meet both ends of the scarf at your forehead, cross them one around the other  and then tied them in the back

Ponavljam: polu turban- oba kraja rubca/marame dovedite do čela, unakrstite i zavežite nazad.

in the end it should look like this

ovako treba na kraju izgledati

Have a nice day/ ugodan dan želim

  35. Lovely! I like different variants of head dressing including turbans or semi-turbans. But it is so hot here that I simply can't bear anything to cover my head, even partly. So, I just have to enjoy (and envy in a good way) how others wear it.

A GRACE KARIN DRESS: VALENTINE'S DAY OUTFIT PROPOSAL

What to wear for Valentine's day? I'm sure many ladies (and gentlemen) are asking themselves that question. I can't offer much personal experience on dressing up for Valentine's day when it comes to gentlemen, but I can tell you what I've learned as a lady. I can sum it up in two main points: find something that will make you feel special but make sure you're comfortable at the same time. After all, you want to feel special on this lovely day, don't you? Now, you can define special anyway you want to. Moreover, you must also consider one important fact and that is how you are going to celebrate Valentine's day. If you are celebrating it by going on a hike with your significant other, obviously you'll ditch the heels and wear hiking boots. However, that doesn't mean you can't wear a pretty dress! My advice is to take a moment and plan your Valentine's day outfit, that way it will surely feel special. There are other things to consider as…

INSPIRED BY.....NATALIA LIALINA

Hello everyone and happy hump day!How are you doing? I hope you had a lovely week so far. It's been a while since my last Inspired by post, hasn't it? Well, today I'm back with another Inspired by... feature.  As some of you know, this is a regular feature on my blog that is all about illustrating bloggers I love and that inspire me. I always say it's one of my favourite features and it truly is. Over the years I had the chance to illustrate many many bloggers and it's always something I enjoy doing.
Moreover, I enjoy blog recommendations posts and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I discovered some wonderful bloggers through other bloggers and that's always lovely. This regular feature of mine is  not just about illustrating, it is also a kind of a blog recommendation post, because it gives me a chance to share bloggers I love with you. FASHION ILLUSTRATION: ZUHAIR MURAD'S BLUE GOWN FROM 2019 COUTURE COLLECTION

Hello, darlings! I'm back two fashion illustration of one Zuhair Murad dress. This blue gown is so beautiful I simply had to illustrate it twice. It makes me think of the sea, the mermaids and basically the good old 'day at the beach' vibes. There is something so liberating about spending time by the ocean, isn't there? I grew up in a coastal town, and I do miss the sea terribly. However, that is surely not the only reason why I loved this dress so much. You know, when I think Zuhair Murad the first thing that comes to my mind is- haute couture. I feel he is one of those designers who were simply meant to make couture. Do you know what I mean? Murad's designs are always so exquisite, glam and elegant. I do like his ready-to-wear collections, but there is just something about his haute couture collections that makes them stand out in the sea of others.
I already illustrated a dress by this designer (here), and with the fashion week on its way, I opted for somethi…
