Have you ever had your hear broken? (fashion illustration)

Have you ever had your heart broken? I think most of us have had that experience...Not just romantic girly girls (like the one on this illustrations) but practically everyone...and  you can get your heart broken in a number of ways, not just by your love interest but by life itself.

Perhaps we are all more connected by pain then by happiness. No matter what our personal style might be, we have all made mistakes. Perhaps there is a parallel that can be drawn there. No matter how different we might look, dress and act, the things we aspire to, the things we want are quite  often the same....including that little silly little thing called love.

We have all been disappointed. We have all been heart broken. Sometimes we get our heart broken because we mistake one thing from another. Sometimes we do something that we shouldn't have done. Sometimes others wrong us, sometimes we wrong others. From that common experience, we grow and  go on...some with more success, some with less...but we're all in this crazy thing called life together.

  5. Slažem se. Nema osobe kojoj se ne desi tako nešto i po više puta tokom celog života, i u ljubavi i van nje. Ali to je sve ono što nas čini jačim i boljim osobama na kraju...

  11. All of us had such heartbreak experience, for sure. Nevertheless, I'm of the opinion that in most of those situations our broken heart is our own guilt. Nobody else to blame. We often endow our close ones with such charities and features which they don't really posses. So when they act like we have never expected them to act we feel like we've been screwed.
The drawing is very thematic, it's really great) Looks like your muse is still somewhere by your side:)

    1. I agree....We are all responsible for ourselves...and most often we are the ones that break our own hearts.

  12. what a beautiful and brilliant illustration again.
yes i agree with you i think you can be heart broken in different ways, and it´s always painful to put the pieces together again, but i think behind everything is some reason, or a lesson to learn. so the most important thing is to go ahead and never loose hope and faith ;)

  13. Oh, yes I did! And I also made already so many mistakes in my life - and today, too ... I hope really that in the end all these things in life make any sense :) I believe that we live because we have something to learn and the life is a kind of a grade of school, and this model helps me often when strange things happen or I did things which I really regret.

And your drawing is lovely as usual.

    Happy weekend for you!

All your comments mean a lot to me, even the criticism. Naravno da mi puno znači što ste uzeli vrijeme da nešto napišete, pa makar to bila i kritika. Per me le vostre parole sono sempre preziose anche quando si tratta di critiche.
