DIY tee/ dorađena majica
This DIY tee you had a chance of seeing before. I bought it in one store and I decided to cover up the logo with beads...maybe because I hate logos? I wouldn't go that far, but I will say that I don't want to be a walking commercial. Let's get back to the beads...I just sewed them in, I don't like to glue things because that in my experience always ends up looking messy (or I'm just clumsy). I've had this tee for years so I can say that the classical method (just sewing beads on shirts, tee-s, etc)works for me. Have you ever attempted a similar DIY? What are your experiences?
Now, about the location in case anyone is interested...You had the chance of seeing it before as well. This is a hill near Mostar and you can actually see the airport Mostar behind me in the second photograph.
Ovu majicu ste imali prilike vidjeti prije.
Ukoliko ikoga zanima lokacija, to je brdo Planinica kraj Mostara, mogli ste ga često vidjeti dosada, a ako bolje pogledate drugu fotografiju možete vidjeti zračnu luku u pozadini.
Oh dear.. I hate logos too :D Ahah. But you've an artistic soul, a great gift for heart and eyes.. you're so special, my friend! A big kiss and a wonderful sunday! <3 Smuaccck!

Temo sia il mio cell, vedo solo la terza foto! Io non mi diletto nel DIY perchè non ho manualità. Un bacio grande!

Nice idea. Yeah, I have a similar experience. Once I was gifted a hand bag at a store for a purchase, with a big logo on it. I liked the bag but hated the branding and I stuck rhinestones all over it!!! Lolz!!! You can see that in the DIY posts of my blog!

Dearest Ivana, first: pink fits your really! And second: the idea was indeed good to pimp up your shirt with the beads! And I have the same opinion like you - glue mostly doesn´t work really, sewing is mostly the better decision :)
ReplyDeleteWish you a happy new week!

It's super. I'm not a fan of labels/logos on my clothes, as I don't want to be a walking advertisement either. xx
ReplyDeleteI had never tried it, but it seems a very good idea to me :)
