My last post was all about Stolac fortress and the medieval fair that is held there annually. This post is going to be about Stolac city itself.  Stolac is located at the far east of region Herzegovina and it is a part of a touristic route.  If you're visiting Herzegovina, do stop by this place as well.  If you ask me, Bosnia and Herzegovina is still an underrated destination. It has a lot to offer, especially in terms of history, natural beauty and cuisine. Since I moved to Bosnia and Herzegovina, I've discovered many lovely places here and Stolac is definitely one of them. Last Saturday I visited Stolac city in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the second time. What was the reason for my visit? A medieval fair called Tarča. This was my second visit to this lovely historical city located in Herzegovina. We were fortunate as far as the weather was concerned. Unexpectedly, the weather improved this Saturday (but not for long). Still, it made our visit nicer. The day of our visit was just as lovely and sunny as last year. This year, however, we were too early for the medieval fair itself. We arrived to the city in the morning, and it was only then that we found out that the fair starts at five p.m. We strolled around the city for a bit, so we still enjoyed our stay. Today I'll share two new fashion sketches with you. The medium for both of them is (coloured) pencil on paper. They are more 'practice' fashion sketches, than proper drawings but I wanted to show you the process of drawing because I know some people find it interesting. I don't draw with a reference that often anymore, but sometimes I find it useful to challenge myself to draw new poses and then I will look up a reference. Sometimes I might make subtle changes in the outfit, just to keep things interesting. I used a magazine ads as reference for both of these fashion drawings, one ad was from S.Oliver , the other I'm not sure. With the Saint Oliver ad, I drew a couple and changed the clothes a bit. With the other ad I just drew one girl with a reference and added another girl from imagination (so that part was actually drawing without a reference).
