If you truly love the sea, you won't admire it only during the warmer months. My love for the sea is not limited to Summer. Croatian seaside during Winter is pure magic. When the cold northern wind clears the air, the islands seem within a hand's reach. I have a feeling that the islands encircle the coast the way planets encircle the sun. My imagination encloses itself in this landscape, in this giant sea shell, soothed by its beauty and gently polished like a pearl, my imagination is reborn.  Ako doista volite more, nećete mu se diviti samo tijekom toplih mjeseci. Today I have a book recommendation for you. The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov is considered by many critics to be one of the best novels of the 20th century. I have recently read this novel and I absolutely loved it. Once I find the time, I might even publish a book review. Danas imam jednu preporuku za vas, radi se o romanu Majstor i Margarita Mikhaila Bulgakova kojeg brojni kritičari smatraju jednim od najboljih romana dvadesetog stoljeća. Nedavno sam pročitala ovaj roman i jako mi se sviđa. This evening I have two fashion illustrations for you. Both of them are quite feminine and lady like. In addition, both of them are quite cozy and warm because I believe that keeping warm is as important as being stylish.  Illustration on the left side depicts a lady wearing a red coat and beanie. To contrast the red there is an orange mini skirt....we won't let her catch a cold, so there are also green gloves and scarf that match quite nicely her green bag. Since she is wearing a mini skirt, she decided to wear thick tights so she can keep warm. Finally, classic black heels finish this elegant but colourful styling. Illustration on the right side doesn't lack colour either. A pair of gloves and a beanie are essential during Winter. They keep us warm and they can be a great pop of colour. This first painting of mine reminds me of Isabel Allende's heroines (you can find her site here ). Now, when I think of it, the second painting also reminds me of one of her characters. That might be just my mind playing tricks on me, but somehow both of them have that something I associate with South American women, that magical complexity that Allende captures beautifully in her novels.  The first novel I read by Allende was her famous The House of the Sprits .  Need I say I was bewitched? For those of your who prefer movies to book, there is also a film version. I only saw a part of the film, so I can't really judge it. I can, however, recommend this novel.
