How to choose ideal wedding bands? 5 simple steps
1. Make sure both partners like them
If it is wedding rings you're getting, you should pay attention to the style of both partners. Most couples want their wedding bands to match, but if your personal styles and preferences when it comes to rings are nothing alike, you can always get individual pieces. In other words, you don't have to get them in exactly the same style. What matters is the commitment you're making. Alternatively, you can opt for more simple wedding bands in similar style but show off your own personal style with other rings.
2. Don't forget about the anniversary ring
Many women wear their engagement ring together with their wedding ring, so choosing a wedding ring that matches an engagement ring makes sense. Moreover, you can match these two to create a wow effect. If you decide to do this, make sure that the designs of your wedding and engagement rings are complementary. You can also decide to have them in different styles, but if you want to wear them together and on every day basis, you should still think about comfort. In other words, make sure that the rings don't physically clash with one another because of their size and design. When worn together, they should sit on your finger without moving too much.

3. Pay attention to your skin tone and hand shape
Your skin tone can make wedding ring selection easier. Determining your skin tone and undertone should narrow down your choices instantly. The same goes for the shape of your hands and fingers. Certain designs will look more flattering on longer fingers, so take that into consideration. Try on as many different styles as you can (and take photographs) to help you figure out what works for you. Think of the rings you already have and wear often. Think about why do you like those rings so much. Maybe because they are comfortable? Maybe it is because they make your fingers look longer? The odds are that you already know a bit about choosing a ring, so why not implement your knowledge into choosing your wedding or anniversary ring?
4. Set a budget and stick to it while browsing for rings
Setting a budget will make your shopping easier because you'll know where to look for. If you're shopping online, this will make your life even more easier because you can specifically look for rings in a certain price range. Stick to the budget while you're browsing the rings. However, don't be afraid to go a bit over the budget if you want rings that you'll really fall in love with. They might be worth it. After all, it's something you'll probably wear until the rest of your life. Nevertheless, if you're not (or any reason) ready to spend a fortune on your wedding bands, don't be afraid to look into budget options.
5. Remember that classics are classics for a reason
When it comes to opting for a wedding ring, it doesn't hurt to remind ourselves that it is (at least in theory) something we should wear until the rest of our lives. So, going for a timeless design makes sense. Classics are classics for a reason. Not that you shouldn't pick out something more modern or alternative (if that is what you really want) but remember that your style might change with time. Classic designs do have many advantages, so it doesn't hurt to keep that in mind.

DeleteSuch an important decision to take, right? :) Actually your wedding ring is beautiful and elegant, I feel like it is a timeless piece that is full of meaning and I could understand why is so important to analyze all the options in the market to take the best decision (even tho there are many many cool options around by far as I know). I feel like a minimalistic option could be the best option, maybe with a precious stone in the middle, but of course it comes to different tastes ;)
