Hutovo blato (part one) / Hutovo blato (prvi dio )


EN I had another post planned for today, but then I realized that it has been ages since I published an outfit post. Somehow my blog became dominated by my paintings and making those takes some time and effort, you know. Plus, there are some additional reasons why outfits posts are hard to organize but I will get into them some other time.

Hutovo blato doesn't need a special introduction, does it? I blogged about it at least a dozen of times (most recently here). This unique Mediterranean swamp is located in south east Herzegovina, near Čapljina city (close to the boarder with Croatia). I certainly can recommend this beautiful nature park and bird reservoir. If you are a nature lover, you might want to add this place to your list.

These photographs were taken there about two weeks ago. It was a very sunny day. If I wasn't wearing gloves, you probably couldn't tell that it is winter time. I'm happy that I made some 'winter' photographs of this place because I believe it is beautiful in any season. Personally, I enjoy visiting it anytime.

As far as outfit is concerned, I don't have a lot to say. It is not as colourful as outfits that I usually wear. No vivid colours this time. Sometimes it is nice to change our style a bit. This time my styling is all about neutral (grey, black, white) and warm earthly colours (brown and burgundy). How do you like this minimal styling?

HR Imala sam drugu objavu isplaniranu za danas, ali onda sam shvatila da je prošlo sto godina otkada sam objavila odjevnu kombinaciju. Nekako je moj blog postao prepravljen mojim slikama, a znate treba ponešto vremena i energije da bi se one napravile. Postoje i neki dodatni razlozi zašto mi je trenutno teško organizirati slikanje odjevnih kombinacija, ali o tome neki drugi put.

Hutovo blato ne treba neki poseban uvod, zar ne? O njemu sam pisala već toliko puta (zadnji put ovdje). Ova jedinstvena mediteranska močvara je smještena u jugoistočnoj hercegovini, blizu grada Čapljine i granice sa Hrvatskom. Svakako mogu preporučiti ovaj prekrasan park prirode i ptičji rezervat. Volite li prirodu, možda bi bilo dobro da dodate ovo mjesto na svoj popis.

Ove fotografije su uslikane prije otprilike dva tjedna. Bio je to vrlo sunčan dan. Da nisam nosila rukavice, vjerojatno ne biste mogli ni vidjeti da je zimsko vrijeme. Zadovoljna sam što sam uspjela uslikati neke zimske fotografije na ovom mjestu jer vjerujem da je prekrasno u svako godišnje doba. Osobno, ja ga volim posjećivati bez obzira na godišnje doba.

Što se tiče same odjevne kombinacije, nemam puno toga za dodati. Nije šarena kao odjeća koju obično nosim. Ovaj put nema žarkih boja. Nekad je dobro malo promijeniti svoj stil. Ovaj put je moja kombinacija temeljena na neutralnim bojama (siva, crna, bijela) i toplim zemljanim bojama (smeđa i boja vina). Kako vam se sviđa ova minimalistička kombinacija?

      thank you, I often wear this scarf this way. My grandmother made it for me and she calls it a dressy scarf- its function being more decorative:).

    I don't mind your blog being dominated by art posts at all. :D You are super talented and I'm always happy to see a new fashion illustration! :) Having said that, it's good to see another lovely outfit post! And I have never been to a Mediterranean swamp, it must be such a lovely place! I really enjoy locations like that, and actually, especially during winter. I find that during warmer months, places like that can be a little crowded? Which can sort of take away from the serenity of a place like that! There is a little lake reservoir near where I live which sort of reminds me of this place in your post - peaceful, and surrounded my nature. :) Oh, and the outfit is so gorgeous, also!     Ipak se lagano već osjeća da nam je zima na zalazu, nekako je mrvicu toplije sunce nego prije mjesec dana iako još uvijek zna pošteno stisnuti, ali se jako veselim ponovno vidjeti prirodu u svom sjaju i šarenilu, malo mi je pofalilo :) Ti si mi sjajna i u ovoj netipično tamnoj kombinaciji za tebe, ali sve je lako kad ti sve dobro stoji, jel da? :) Uživaj i želim ti sjajan vikend!

    pa ne znam je li mi crna dobro stoji, ali pošto u zadnje vrijeme slabo vježbam možda sam se uhvatila savjeta Monice Bellucci- ili crnina ili teretana- po njoj bolje se odlučiti za crninu.:)

    Meni se sviđa i tvoje minimalističko izdanje. Lično volim taj stil, ali isto i šarenilo, printove i slično. Zapravo, retke su stvari koje mi se ne dopadaju kad je odeća u pitanju. Najlepša mi je ta moć transformacije i mogućnost da svakog dana budemo neko drugi jer odeća i ono što nosimo priča toliko toga. Mislim da mi nikada neće dosaditi slike iz tog mesta :)

    hiking in the woods - very nice. your clothings are very chic for a trip in the nature. everytime i see a cabin in the woods, i just remember on the movie "a cabin in the wooods" - do you know that movie?

    and your little handbag is a pretty one. but i think a rucksack were the right choice for a trip in the woods. cause your bag looks so unique and were the right thing for a special evening.

In this post, I'll review " Forgiveness Day" , a science fiction novella that is a part of the Hainish Circle. Published in 1995, "Forgiveness Day " won multiple awards. This novella is often published together with her other novellas from the Hainish Circle, and it can be find in various editions of Four Ways to Forgiveness and Five Ways to Forgiveness.   Thematically, this novella is a part of five stories featuring two Hainish planets, but it can definitely be read on its own.
