DIY- black purse/ uradi sam- crna torbica

I love recycling.  So, having some extra fabric, I've decided to make a small black bag. It took me about 5 minutes to make it...Having worn it for a last few days, I'm surpised  how practical it is. It can be worn in a few different way, one of them being  the clutch...What do you think about it?

Volim reciklirati stvari, a imala sam malo viška materijala, pa sam u pet minuta napravila ovu torbicu koja se može nositi na više načina i koja se pokazala jako praktičnom ovih par dana koliko je nosim. Što vi mislite o njoj?

    You are really creative, Ivana.. I wouldn't even thought of anything like this! On spending time outdoor, I can tell that you love the nature and outdoor activity or even living, most of your post shots are of outdoor. Yup. you are lucky indeed, the Med is blessed with good weather most of the year :)

    This is really funny but mainly a good idea! Unfortunately I´m not as skilled in DIY, dear Ivana, because I haven´t the necessary patience and accuracy. The most things which I do look like they were made from a kid ;)

It's actually one of my favourite seasonal transitions, because it allows us to easily play with layers and textures. THE WILD GIRLS, A STORY BY URSULA K. LE GUIN (REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION)

Hello fellow bloggers and/or blog readers! In this post, I'll share my review for Ursula K. Le Guin short story The Wild Girls . Published in 2011, this powerful short story tells a touching tale of slavery , trauma , loss and survival. Sisterly love is at the core of this immensely sad, complex and profound story. If you want to read an intelligent and multifaceted story focused on female characters, and set in a dystopian society, look no further. Don't expect a happy ending, though! This is not that kind of story. I actually listened to this short story (that isn't so short, it sorts of feels like a novella). I planned to listen to it while I do Pilates, but I wasn't aware of how serious and tragic the story truly was. I've read an awful lot of Le Guin's writing, so I know her writing can be ambitious, complex and challenging. SHADOW AND BONE BY LEIGH BARDUGO (BOOK REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION)

Hello dear readers and fellow bloggers! In this post, I shall review Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo ,  the first novel in the Shadow and Bone trilogy. Published in 2012, Shadow and Bone is a young adult fantasy novel featuring a young female protagonist Alina Starkov who tries to find her way in a world troubled by war and class divisions. The novel is set in Ravka, a fantasy world inspired by feudal Russia, but still unique in its own way. The world Alina Starkov inhabits has its own mythology and magic, and the worldbuilding is quite interesting. For example, there are Grishas, people who have magical powers, that are partly based on study of science and partly on instinct. 10 STYLE LESSONS LEARNED FROM MALENA/ MONICA BELLUCCI

With summer being in full spring, I caught myself thinking about iconic summer outfits. Do you know what came to my mind? Costumes/outfits worn by Monica Belluci when she played Malena Scordia in an iconic Italian movie set on Sicily.  The costumes for that movie were designed by an acclaimed Italian costume designer Maurizio Millenotti and he outdone himself! Seeing that Malena is a historical movie, Maurizio choose quite timeless outfits and cuts that will ever go out of style. That fact makes Malena movie the perfect place to look for inspiration! Moreover, I feel that Monica Belluci's personal style is quite similar to Malena's (i.e. to the style of the character she is playing).
