PLUS 30 WAYS TO WEAR A BABY BLUE DRESS AND LEOPARD HEELS (OUTFIT POST, MOSTAR)

Hello! In this post, I'll share a sustainable baby blue and leopard spring styling. A pale blue might not be the first choice with leopard, but why not? For me leopard print is sort of a classic. I actually love to pair it with all kinds of colours, from more vibrant ones to pales ones. In the past, I paired it with cobalt blue. I definitely do not feel that leopard should be worn only with neutral colours. I mean I paired leopard with white, grey and black clothing items often enough, but I love to pair it with something that pops, be it a coloured or pattern item. I do love patterns. So, it's not surprising that I love to mix patterns.

Back to my baby blue & leopard outfit. I wore it for an outing and I really enjoyed it. The best about is that it is sustainable. What do I mean by sustainable? Well,  I mean that I not only shopped my closet, but wore most of these items more than thirty times.

Mostar is so beautiful in Spring, isn't it? I love strolling the city and studying the old villas from the Austrian-Hungarian Empire.

THE STORY OF MY OUTFIT

OR HOW I WORE THESE ITEMS BEFORE?

HOW I STYLED THIS BABY BLUE GRECIAN DRESS BEFORE? Browsing through my archives, I got more ideas to style this dress. Well, that's one of the advantages of having a fashion blog. It's like having a digital closet. It certainly makes it easier for one to have a keep a visual track of one's closet. One thing I noticed is that I often wear this dress with my pair of leopard block heels.  Like my fabulous pointy leopard heels, This pale blue midi pleated dress from Croatian brand Amadeus HAS BEEN GETTING a lot of wear since I bought it.

I definitely plan to wear it with this pair of heels again. Turning this summer dress into a spring one is not difficult. With a nice blazer and a pair of tights, you can put together an outfit that would be perfect for early spring. I'm also planning to wear this dress with a blazer. You can have a look below and see some ways I have already styled this dress. As you can see, I wear it for all four seasons.

I remember how when I walked up in the store, this dress immediately caught my eye. It was on sale, but I would have bought it even if it wasn't because it is so perfect. This gorgeous dress was available in just two colours and I tried both of them on. I wanted to buy both of them on the spot, but unfortunately there was a little hole in the green version of this dress so I bought only the blue one. There was another identical blue dress left in the shop and now I'm sorry I didn't get that one as well because it would make for a great gift for someone. I wore the dress for a dinner date with hubby the same day I bought it (photo above). Since then, I have styled it so many times.

Now, let's talk about the leopard heels!

THAT WOULD BE ALL FOR TODAY! I hope you managed to find some sustainable fashion inspiration.

Among fashion blogs I follow, sustainable fashion is a regular topic (or a way of life for some). Mica does 30 wears regularly, Sheila does fashion flashbacks,  Vix , Ann and Kezzie are super sustainable with their charity and vintage shopping.

Thank you!
