Hello! In this post, I shared photography taken on second of April 2015. At the end of the post, you'll find my original words and post. However, I decided to add a little update to this post. * Today on tenth of March 2024, I decided to update this travel post with links to other travel posts.







Makarska city. Located in Dalmatia, a region of Croatia, this little town is a big touristic hot spot. Makarska city is a well know Croatian destination and as soon as you set foot into this town, you will understand why. Once you have a look at the majestic mountains overlooking this town, and see for yourself how beautiful the beaches are, you won't have to ask why is this place so popular. This whole area is a top destination, so if you want to visit it before it gets crowded with tourists now is the perfect time. If you want you can check out my previous visits to this place ( a visit dating back to March 2016 and a night visit to Makarska). As far as accommodation in Makarska is concerned, it is quite versatile. From luxurious hotels to more affordable ones, from private accommodation to camps, you should be able to find something to suit your desires. Finding a place to stay can be challenging during the summer season, so if that is when you're visit, it is best to book a bit ahead of time. I don't think you will have issues finding a good place to stay in right now.

    The vieeeeewwww....it's beautiful!! Although I'm dead scared of the underwater world, I love staring at the water, imagining what's underneath the surface :) I also love how springy you look. The flares suit you exceptionally well!

Croatia is one of those places which I dream to visit, but not only those spots which are visited by tourists mostly, but all the highways and byways of your wonderful country.     The last picture, is that your home, Ivana? If it is then gosh, you're so lucky to be living so close to the water. I could only imagine how gorgeous the view is and to be able to wake up everyday to that view is priceless.

      this apartment belongs to my parents, but before they started to rent it, this house used to be my home in a way...we would spend our summers here:)

Today I shall review The Island of Missing Trees by Elif Shafak. I was actually gifted this book. What a wonderful present it proved to be! FORGIVENESS DAY BY URSULA K. LE GUIN (BOOK REVIEW AND AN AUTUMN STYLING)

Hello dear readers and fellow bloggers! How are you today? I'm back with another Ursula K. Le Guin book review. In this post, I'll review " Forgiveness Day" , a science fiction novella that is a part of the Hainish Circle. Published in 1995, "Forgiveness Day " won multiple awards. This novella is often published together with her other novellas from the Hainish Circle, and it can be find in various editions of Four Ways to Forgiveness and Five Ways to Forgiveness.   Thematically, this novella is a part of five stories featuring two Hainish planets, but it can definitely be read on its own. I think it functions well as a stand alone novella. I listened to it in audio form, and I didn't have any problems following the story.  The world building is simple and effective.  Hello dear readers and fellow bloggers! It's almost ten. I've had a long week and I'm quite tired and sleepy. However, I'll try to wrap this post up for you tonight. What kind of post? Well, a post about art. Fashion art to be more precise.  I've been on a roll lately with my art posts. I got back to my destination art series, and now it's time for another post in my fashion art series. Friday Fashion Illustration  is somewhat of a regular feature on my blog.
