Split in details (photography) / Split u detaljima (fotografija)

I did come back from Split yesterday, but that is not when these photographs were taken. I haven't seen much of Split this time because I had twisted my ankle prior to my arrival ( I woke up with a twisted ankle last Saturday, not the first time that happened either...supposedly this kind of harmless but annoying injury tends to repeat itself). It seems appropriate to publish these photographs now, so that at least I can a virtual tour of my city. Nevertheless, I was on a quite a trip today (and no it wasn't one chemically induced). Today I had taken a real tour of the hills surrounding Mostar, with the help of one faithful old car and the best driver in the world... instead of walking I was mostly hopping around on one leg (because of my ankle situation) but it was great fun and I plan to share those photographs tomorrow.

  8. I'm so sorry to hear that you twisted your ankle prior to your visit. Something similar happened to me in May. One day before my mum came to visit me in London I also twisted my ankle. I still wanted to show her the city, so I just ignored the pain...haha...the pictures are great though. Split is super gorgeous :)

  13. OUCH! I hope your ankle is doing better, Ivana, it sure does sounds painful. Any idea why the injury keeps repeating itself? :-(
On another note, the pictures are stunning! I love it whenever you share pictures on your blog, it makes me so envois of the place you live in, it's just so beautiful. There's such a rustic charm to the place and I wish I have the chance to visit one of these days. xx

    1. I don't know why it repeats itself...my mum used to have that problem when she was younger...and my brother...he made me laugh with this 'solution', he said that ever since he has gained 40 pounds he never had this problem again:) I hope I won't have to result to that:)
