SPLIT CITY SUMMER 2021(PART 1): SIMPLE PRINTED OUTFITS

Hello dear readers and fellow bloggers! I'm currently in Mostar. However, I still have some outfits and dinning recommendations I haven't shared from my visit to Split city back in July. So, here we go. Today I'll show you two simple summer styling ideas, both featuring the same pair of printed sandals. Moreover, one outfit features a graphic tee and floral skirt combo and the other a geometrical pattern dress. I love wearing patterns all year around  and I certainly don't stop wearing them in summer. I also love to wear bold colours. In other words, both of these outfits are exactly my cup of tea.  Scroll down to see more.

THE STORY OF AN OUTFIT- HOW I WORE IT BEFORE?
A  GRAPHIC TEE WORN WITH A WRAP VINTAGE FLORAL SKIRT
This is an outfit I wore on repeat. A graphical print t-shirt I got from my aunt a couple of years ago, a vintage floral skirt and tropical print sandals. Sometimes simplicity is the way to go. You can see how I wore this floral skirt here (as a part of a set), this grey peek-a-shoulder t-shirt here and sandals here.

RESTAURANT ASIA: ALWAYS A GREAT IDEA!
We couldn't resist stopping at restaurant Asia, one of our favourite places in Split city. We always have a great time there. We ordered a lot of food, more then we normally eat because we have missed this place so much. As always, their dumplings were so delicious. I could sure use a portion now!

BEACH ŽNJAN: WE FOUND A FUN BEACH RESTAURANT THERE!
We only went to the beach twice while we were in Split last July, but both times we selected beach Žnjan. I wore the same outfit as for the restaurant Asia, but I cannot recall the name of this beach bar and restaurant. There are a lot of great cafes on Žnjan beaches, but this was the first time I actually dined there. I was surprised  to find out you can order food there. I had a tuna salad, it was great (and surprisingly affordable for a place in immediate vicinity of the sea) so yes- it's definitely recommended.

THE STORY OF AN OUTFIT- A PURPLE GEOMETRICAL PRINT DRESS
I've had this purple dress for years. You can see how I wore it previously here. Worn with the world comfiest sandals, it makes for a great beach styling. This is what I wore for my second visit to beach Žnjan. We were only in Split for a few days in July so we didn't have time for much sight-seeing. Still, we managed to visit some of our favourite places. I already showed you some of the places we visited but today you're getting the full picture. Now, maybe I will visit Split later this August, but I cannot promise anything.

  7. Hi Ivana, I hope you had a good week !

Good to know that you're enjoying these summer days, I love the fact that you're always shopping your own closet and bringing your clothes to the new life with new combinations and combos. There are many interesting things to look at in this post: from the fantastic red skirt that screams SUMMER to the wonderful purple dress that it is an edgy proposal (maybe adding a light jacket and you can still using it during fall). Your options seems so relaxed in this blog post that you obviously had to take some photographs for the blog.

PS: Save some dumplings for me, the options in the restaurants look incredible!
