Medjugorje in Herzegovina, a little village, but visited by millions every year. We're there fairly often, sometimes as much as a few times a month. In immediate vicinity of the church in Medjugorje you can find this little ethno village that still isn't open for business but you can visit it anyway, just to admire it---as we did last week! It is close to our friend's place. The first time my husband was here was quite a long time ago, when our friends (the one I just mentioned) decided to have their wedding photos taken here. My husband was also there for that photoshot, being the best man and all. Since then this place has often been our stop. It is still under contructions (more than four years and counting) but its grows more beautiful with every visit of ours. Read about my previous visits:
here (2016),
here (2015),
here (2014),
here (2013). It is in this location that I shoot my post about different ways to wear a scarf (
here) and today I will show you another trick. In post I will wear a scarf both around my neck and around my waist. You may have noticed that I like wearing scarves as belts. Scarves and foulards are the perfect accessories, aren't they? I always felt like they can spice up any old outfit. How do you like my styling? I've had this green dress forever, but I never seem to get tired of wearing it. This outfit has one DIY element, can you guess what it is?
Prikladno, jer danas ću nositi rubac i oko vrata i oko struka.
POST UPDATE
I've blogged about Međugorje many times.
MEĐUGORJE- A GREEN OASIS OF PEACE AND QUIET- Being sustainable with travel is another great idea if you are looking to make a difference. You can do it by being a local tourist and exploring the areas you would otherwise visit for various.
The location where these photographs were taken is Međugorje (Medjugorje), a small touristic village in Herzegovina. Most of tourists that come to this village do so for religious reasons as Medjugorje is one of the most visited Christian pilgrimage sites, but you can also come to enjoy the nature. If you're interested to see and learn more about Međugorje, you can also visit my old post shot at this location and find more information there. It really is a lovely and peaceful place. Perfect for lovers of rural tourism and fine dining. There are some amazing restaurants in this area!

Uvek das kombinaciji neki svoj licni pecat i to mi se upravo i dopada :-*

yes, you should visit both Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Deleteyou look really, really fab my dear! i LOVE scarfs too. they are such a cool accessory for every kind of clothing stuff. i like the scarf that you wear - this colourmix is a nice one.
ReplyDeleteand your white nail polish is such an eyecatcher: bright and good looking. and yes, i see your very special unique tights again. this idea to wear an opaque tights to this outfit is: 2 thumbs up...;-)
