It is understandable that someone who likes prints, also favours a nice mix of prints. I admire those elegant monochrome mix of prints I keep seeing everywhere, but for myself I have selected a rather bold mix of prints. What should I put together? How about tartan and floral print...with lots of bright colours? Yes, that sounds peachy. I really liked this outfit, still on that particular day I didn't plan to do an outfit post. When Dresslink offered me to pick something from their site, without much thinking I've decided to opt for a dress. It is Summer, the temperatures are high and I wanted something I can be comfortable in. While I was browsing their site, this dress caught my eye. You know how much I love prints. For a while now, I wanted to get something with a cherry print but I just didn't find anything right. This dress meet all my requirements. The cut of this dress feels vintage and I really like the mermaid bottom and the puffed up sleeves. The dress itself is very modest and lady like, so it's a great option to wear to work or somewhere formal. I've decided to style it with vintage looking shoes because that seemed right, but you'll have the opportunity to see it styled again, because I'm not the type to wear something only once. Recently, I was contacted by Divissima , a high quality Italian brand that specializes in swimwear and lingerie, to do a review of one of their products.  When I was offered to review a product of theirs, I decided to order a black bikini. Their online site enables you to chose from many fabulous colours and models, but I decide to order both the top and the bottom in colour black because for me a black bikini is an eternal classic just like a little black dress. If I was a shoppingholic I would say : 'I was so happy when I bought this tote bag, I mean isn't this inscription so adorable?'. However, since I'm a DIYaholic, I must say: 'I was so happy when I hand painted this old tote bag. Isn't this incription I made so adorable?'. Hm, now that I think about it, there is a certain similiarity between a shopaholic and a DIYaholic. We're both passionate about things and we invest a certain amount of time in getting what we want. To each its own as they say, so far I prefer DIY, but there are certainly advantages to shopping, like not having to spend half a day cleaning your house after all your DIY projects.
