First of all thank you all so much for leaving such wonderful, insightful, intelligent and well written comments on my last post regarding ethics and clothes . I immensely enjoyed reading them and they made me think about the issues and challenges of manufacturing clothes even more that I usually do (and I've been thinking about this issue for some time now).  Yesterday on the anniversary of Bangladesh tragedy, an excellent French documentary film on this subject called Toxic Clothing was aired on Croatian National Television. Most people will tell you that a good way to support ethical fashion is to buy second hand or vintage clothes, recycle your clothes or even sew your own clothes . They would be right! I do  all of that and not merely because of ethics behind it.   Just seeing the sea always makes me feel better. It must be why I love ferry rides. All of these photos were taken this Easter. Nothing new about my outfit, you've seen all these items  many times. This dress is suitable for any season and I can really say I made the most out of it. Samo kad vidim more odmah se osjećam bolje. Mora da zbog toga volim prijevoz trajektom.  Sve su ove fotografije uslikane ovog Uskrsa. Ništa novo od odjeće, sve ste vidjeli već puno puta. Ova je haljina prikladna za bilo koju sezoni, a stvarno mogu reći da sam je iznosila.

Sometimes in life you do everything right, but it all falls to pieces and sometimes you make the most stupid mistake yet you manage to get away with it. No telling what tomorrow is bringing and it makes us forever hopeful and forever anxious. We hate to admit it, but things are often out of our control. Sometimes we just need to take a moment and laugh at it all, laught at the irony of life and the inevitable failures...laugh at the pain, the disappointments and the cruelty. Without a sense of humour ,that is to be honest quite dark at times, I don't know where I would be. My ability to laugh at everything, myself included, is what gets me trough the worst days. However, when I'm cold enough and I don't want to take of my leggings then the only reasonable thing is to steal a pair from my husband's closet (or suitcase in this case). Ne nosim često takozvane boyfriend jeans, traperice muškog kroja, ali kada mi je dovoljno hladno da ne želim skinuti tajice onda je jedini razumna potez ukrasti par traperica iz muževog ormara (ili prtljage u ovom slučaju).

These photographs were taken last weekend on a little hill overlooking Mostar city, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Snow in April, who would have thought? OK, not a lot of snow and not in the city itself but the surrounding hills turned white not to say anything of the moutains. However, it was a sunny day and the snow was just a remainer of the suprisingly chilly days that have fortunately came to an end. The weather has improved siginificantly in the last few days...Today it feels more like early Summer than Spring...and I felt the same yesterday and the day before yesterday here in Split.
