Time for another reading update. It's been a while since my last one, hasn't it? I did publish a piece on North American novels Worth Reading quite recently so you cannot say that I left you without reading recommendations for too long. Reading is a bit part of my life, but sometimes work comes first. Such was the case ever since this whole pandemic started, I've been working longer hours and consequently fallen a bit behind with my reading.Not that I could ever abandon reading altogether, mind you. My last two posts took you to  Hvar town. Hvar is a gorgeous historical city and a centre of island's night life, but during the summer it can get a bit crowded on its beaches. There are just not enough beaches in Hvar town to meet the demand.  Hvar city isn't very large so it is easy for its beaches to get crowded. Fortunately, there are some stunning beaches in vicinity and today I'll show you one of them. Milna bay is located in vicinity of Hvar town. This gorgeous bay is just a short drive away from Hvar town. Milna bay boosts with four beaches. I visited two of its beautiful beaches and I can vouch for them- they are absolutely stunning, particularly the larger one. I hope they won't be too crowded in the summer, so I can try swimming here. I'm back with another post from Hvar town. I will share with you another historical sight worth visiting in Hvar town and that would be this gorgeous Franciscan monastery dating back to 15th century. These photographs were taken back in February on a gloriously sunny and warm day winter day. I remember regretting taking my puffer with me because as the day progressed, it became quite hot. Curiously, the weather lately hasn't been exactly spring-like, so I kind of feel jealous of my past self in this moment. It is nice to revisit these sunny photographs. It's time for me to share another visit to Hvar town with you. These photographs were taken during a weekend stroll some time last March before the epidemic thing. I only got around to sharing this visit to Hvar town today, though. Today I'll share something old and something new with you.  There is a lot to see and do in Hvar town, from stunning historical sights to renewed luxurious  hotel resorts. Moreover, Hvar town is simply perfect for strolling. Indeed, the walking areas and pathways on both sides of the city are stunning, with lots of tropic and Mediterranean greenery.  Hvar city is a popular tourist spot for a number of valid reasons.
