Have you ever had your heart broken? I think most of us have had that experience...Not just romantic girly girls (like the one on this illustrations) but practically everyone...and  you can get your heart broken in a number of ways, not just by your love interest but by life itself. Perhaps we are all more connected by pain then by happiness. No matter what our personal style might be, we have all made mistakes. Perhaps there is a parallel that can be drawn there. No matter how different we might look, dress and act, the things we aspire to, the things we want are quite  often the same....including that little silly little thing called love. We have all been disappointed. We have all been heart broken. Sometimes we get our heart broken because we mistake one thing from another. Sometimes we do something that we shouldn't have done. Sometimes others wrong us, sometimes we wrong others. From that common experience, we grow and  go on...some with more success...

Nature is getting ready to sing its ode to Spring once again. The instruments are tuned and the composition has already started (or so it seems). There is a switch in the rhythm, a change manifested in the air and the warmth that has started to crawl up our skin when the sun is at its peak. The air however is still fresh. Surely up in the mountains the songs of ice and snow are still sang. The river has gotten enormous, like a snake that has eaten more then it should. I know what it means...the magically white snow in the mountains is melting...and I wonder how is it that the older I get my eyes seem to get more and more curious. I carry my cam to the supermarket with me, taking a shortcut trough an abandoned railway... and today again on my way to the store I steal a moment to glance at the shiny reflections on the water. I try  to store every image in my head (without intention), for what purpose I'm not sure... Shapes, colours...they seem so...

jeans/ mini/ midi bell bottom pants / maxi dress I love orange a kind of outfit that is suitable for many occasions When I used to do swimming in high school, my favourite thing was to stare at the ceiling (while doing back stroke obviously) and enjoy the silence. It gave me the feeling of both security and calmness. Sure, I love swimming but there was something magical about looking at the glass ceiling (such was and I guess still is the ceiling of Split's city pool .) and feeling immersed in  silence and light. Today I will be almost silent (and won't write too much). I will just leave you with these five illustrations and wish you a lovely week! Kada sam trenirala plivanje u srednjoj školi, najdraži dio mi je bio gledati u strop (leđno plivanje očito) i uživati u tišini, to mi je davalo osjećaj sigurnosti i mirnoće. Naravno, volim plivanje ali bilo je nešto magično u tom gledanju u stakleni strop (takav je bio i valjda još je strop splitskog gradsk...
