Did you know that my wedding was a summer one? With my seventh wedding anniversary coming up, I decided to show you the dress I got married in. Weddings are by definition tiring even for the most happy bride. The last thing you want on your wedding day is to feel uncomfortable. I know everyone has a different definition of comfort, but whatever your personal style of dressing might be like, I think we can all agree that comfort matters. I'm not saying that everyone should pick a flowing Grecian style dress for themselves, I'm just saying it might be a good option, especially if you're getting married in summer.

If there is anything I learned from picking out my wedding dress it is that you shouldn't be a slave to the rules. As soon as I saw my wedding dress, I knew that it was the one. My wedding dress proved to be wonderfully comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better dress. Funny thing is that I haven't even tried any other wedding dresses. I saw this one in a shop by accident, it wasn't even labeled as a wedding dress, it was sold under the name of a special occasion dress but as soon as I saw it, I just knew that was the one. It wasn't expensive, I'm still happy with it and I can wear my wedding dresses whenever I want to remember my big day. I'm still getting questions about my wedding dress and it's been years since I got married. Many women have asked me about it, some offering to buy it, some asking me to borrow it. After I got married in this wedding dress, I saw quite a few brides opting for a similar style. It is as if my decision made them realize that you don't have to wear the same style as everyone else. A lot of brides will just go and buy the dress everyone else is wearing. I get it because we are all creatures of habits, but sometimes you need to think about what will make you happy.

When ordering a dress online one thing you have to pay attention is the measurements. Make sure you get correct ones. You need to measure your bust, waist, hips and the length from your shoulder to the floor. Take your time and don't cheat. When taking measurement for clothes you shouldn't hold the meter too tight.
