I was thinking about doing a recap/summary of the past month but then I decided against it. There are still lots of outfits from June that I didn't share but that is not the reason. I thought it might be fun to share a few photographs from my cell phone.

destress with soparnik / oslobodite se stresa pomoću soparnika |
This June I discovered that you can transport yourself to heaven with less than a euro. How? Buy a slice of Soparnik, traditional Croatian dish. This dish originating from Republic of Poljica ( I've written about it here ). It is prepared in a really complicated way and that makes it even more precious. Imitations of it are sold in some bakeries but nothing tastes like the real stuff. So, if you happen to find yourself in Split city (Croatia), go to baazar and have a slice. You must go early in the morning because the stuff is sold pretty quickly. I tell you, when I eat five slices in the morning, I can tackle anything;)
Kako? Kupnjom soparnika!

Obožavam hranu i probavati nove stvari.

Deleteit's not bread, it's a soparnik, a traditional Croatian dish .
DeleteJa isto volim more kada pada kiša.

DeleteNow I want to know, what is ths Soparnik made of? How does it taste? TELL ME! It slightly resembles Bulgarian garlic bread!
ReplyDeleteAnd you look so adorable with that colorful skirt, omg, or is it a dress with a t-shirt ontop? I can't tell!
It is made from spinach, olive oil, garlic, water and flower and it tastes heavenly...there is a link in the post that provides more info.
DeleteThe outfit features a dress but I wore a shirt over so it sort of looks like a skirt.

Wonderful photos! I wish I could visit Split! And Soparnik looks delicious. Is it spinach and feta cheese? It looks like a cross between a quesedilla and spanikopita. xoxo
