Heart shaped necklace (outfit post)/ Ogrlica u obliku srca (odjevna kombinacija)

It's finally time for you to see how I styled this DIY heart necklace ( I know I promised it two weeks ago but I had some technical problems). You can find the tutorial about the making of this environmentally friendly necklace here. For those interested in that kind of information, the photographs for this post were taken in Mostar, about two weeks ago. The weather is this extremely warm, but fortunately Mostar has a lot of shade (where one can seek when the sun becomes too strong.)

One of advantages to blogging is the possibility of making interesting friends. My blog allowed me to make friends with this adorable duck family in Mostar. They will be featured in this post so you can get to meet them if you already haven't met them. They are so adorable that I will gladly forgive them the stealing of the spotlight;) If you look closely you can see them even in my close ups.

What a beautiufl place, all those historical buildings. Our local ducks insist on waddling about the town centre instead of the park, it's very odd to see them outside shops. x

  37. Hi Ivana, Now I understand why you said you could not bring yourself to eat ducks. When you see them alive and kicking, they are just so cute. I'm pretty torn at times when I look at animals and yet love meat. As for your DIY necklace, I don't know if I'm interpreting correctly or it's just some loose threads from the picture. It looks like a mended broken heart with some bits of flaws here and there and that's what makes the heart so beautiful because a heart could never be perfect but it could be beautiful because of the many healed wounds on it. Ok maybe I'm being a little philosophical here. In your previous post, you look totally like your beautiful self without make up.

    RYC:
Ivana, Thank you for your lovely words. Your comments always make me smile. I'm not surprised that you've heard of the MBS Infinity pool. It has a life on its own! I've to admit that the sunset photo has got some tweaking done. The original photo didn't look as good as what my eyes saw so I tried to edit till what I saw. I literally lol at the part when you talked about how your hubby takes your photos! Sounds like mine at times! I see so many beautiful outfit shots on your blog so I'm sure your hubz is good in his ways. You're good typing your comment on the phone! I could never leave a blog comment on the phone. Something would sure screw up after I typed an essay.
