DIY of the day / Današnji Napravi sam projekt

Today's DIY project is a brooch made of faux leather. I have sewn every single plastic bead by hand. The back side looks quite messy but it won't be visible anyway so who cares, right? At least I'm pretty sure that the beads won't fall out. I'm not against gluing as such  but I do love old school ways. That would be all. No long essays today....;)

Danas nema dugih eseja....;)

  4. I'm a great advocate of not worrying about what can't be seen - it makes me a very slapdash seamstress though! Great idea for a brooch.

  9. Dear Ivana, although I think I wrote it already many times, I'm again impressed how creative you are and I like the result of your actual DIY! I would have also preferred the sew the pearls - in general I think that sewing is the better solution :) Looking forward to the outfit post with the brooch!

  21. To hand sew all those beads sounds like a lot of work but with such a pretty result, I bet you don't mind. No one's going to look at the back side anyway ;p

All your comments mean a lot to me, even the criticism.
