illustration of the day (Autumn) / Ilustracija dana (Jesen)

Here is an illustration that I have completely forgotten about ( I drew it when Autumn was just starting). Since it is still officially Autumn I might as well post it. What were the trends you liked this Autumn, do you still like them and if so do you plan to wear them this Winter as well?

Evo ilustracije na koju sam sasvim zaboravila. Nacrtala sam je početkom jeseni, ali budući da je još uvijek jesen (barem službeno), mogla bi je i objaviti. Koji su vam se trendovi sviđali ove jeseni, je li vam se još uvijek sviđaju i ako da, planirate li ih nositi i ove zime?

    If i was still in Toronto, i would be wearing some knee above the knee boots right now. I didn't even get to wear one before i left, but it is all good. I just love the pretty colors of Autumn. It always inspired my everyday outfit. Nice drawings meanwhile :).

    I don't follow fashion religiously, so i don't necessarily buy a new wardrobe every season. I get things that I find I like and not necessarily because they are in fashion..

      lot of people think that way, probably there are only a few that follow all the trends...for me but it is interesting to try to guess what will be in and what out ...what will be the most popular clothing item in some season...sometimes it is something that wasn't even put forward by designers or fashion industry...so that's always fun to see.

    I tried to be on trend during autumn but my body was in shock with the cold so all I cared about was bundling up and keep myself warm. These days I am better adjusted to the cold so I'm starting to eye clothes that are trendy. Horrible eh? We women would freeze for fashion. LOL!

      sometimes we are silly that way...but this year oversize coats and caps (worn over jackets) are great solutions against the cold, so we can be both trendy and warm!

Hello dear readers and fellow bloggers! How are you today? I'm back with another Ursula K. Le Guin book review. In this post, I'll review " Forgiveness Day" , a science fiction novella that is a part of the Hainish Circle. Published in 1995, "Forgiveness Day " won multiple awards. This novella is often published together with her other novellas from the Hainish Circle, and it can be find in various editions of Four Ways to Forgiveness and Five Ways to Forgiveness.   Thematically, this novella is a part of five stories featuring two Hainish planets, but it can definitely be read on its own. I think it functions well as a stand alone novella. I listened to it in audio form, and I didn't have any problems following the story.  The world building is simple and effective.
