Another illustration, another message...Spirit of adventure is something we all can use, don't you think? Just like a piece of statement jewelry that will make us feel fabulous. My choice is often the kind of statement necklaces that you can see on these illustration (and many of my recent ones) but I also love hair accessories.  Quite often I have managed to combine those two in some of my works. What kind of jewelry do you like?

Another illustration, another redhead I might add...it seems that redheads have invaded my imagination. Anyhow, this redhead is wearing a dark scarf, blue tee and vintage aviator kind of glasses...maybe she is driving a motorcycle, maybe something else....who knows? but she had that spirit of adventure feel about her.

Još jedna ilustracija, još jedna poruka... avanturistički duh je nešto što nam svima dobro dođe, zar ne?Baš kao i upečatljiv komad nakita koji će učiniti da se osjećamo divno. Moj izbor je često ovakav tip ogrlica koje možete vidjeti na ovoj ilustraciji (ali i drugim mojim ilustracijama u zadnje vrijeme), ali također volim i nakit za kosu. Često sam uspjela to dvoje i ukombinirati u nekim svojim radovima. Kakvu vrstu nakita vi volite?

Još jedna ilustracija, još jedna crvenkosa...čini se da su mi crvenokose okupirale maštu. Kakogod, ova crvenkosa nosi tamni šal, plavu majicu i vintage aviatorske naočale...možda vozi motor, možda nešto drugo...kako god ima avanturističkog duha u sebi.

    Ja bas nisam od avanture, barem ne ovakve...motor i to ;) Od nakita, kada ga nosim...volim da bude komad ali efektan ;)

Today I shall review The Island of Missing Trees by Elif Shafak. I was actually gifted this book. What a wonderful present it proved to be! Hello dear readers and fellow bloggers! How are you today? I'm back with another Ursula K. Le Guin book review. In this post, I'll review " Forgiveness Day" , a science fiction novella that is a part of the Hainish Circle. Published in 1995, "Forgiveness Day " won multiple awards. This novella is often published together with her other novellas from the Hainish Circle, and it can be find in various editions of Four Ways to Forgiveness and Five Ways to Forgiveness.   Thematically, this novella is a part of five stories featuring two Hainish planets, but it can definitely be read on its own. I think it functions well as a stand alone novella. I listened to it in audio form, and I didn't have any problems following the story.  The world building is simple and effective.
