Illustrations (summer in the city 2) / Ilustracije (ljeto u gradu 2)







It looks like my first day on the beach will be my last day on the beach.... at least for a while.  C'est la vie. Today I'm presenting you with two illustrations. There will a few more of them before the moths ends so just that you know what to expect. One more thing... My laptop is not working properly so probably I won't be online as much as usually am.

Izgleda da će mi prvi dan na plaži biti i zadnji...barem još neko vrijeme. To je život. Danas vam predstavljam dvije ilustracije, a biti će ih još nekoliko prije kraja mjeseca tako da znate što slijedi. Još nešto...ne radi mi dobro laptop pa neću biti baš dostupna na netu kao obično.

      thank you dear:) I agree with you...there are more important things to worry about and besides I should feel privileged for being near the sea for most of us life. It is not realistic to expect that it can always be that way and anyway I have enough things to keep myself busy with.

Hello dear readers and fellow bloggers! How are you today? I'm back with another Ursula K. Le Guin book review. In this post, I'll review " Forgiveness Day" , a science fiction novella that is a part of the Hainish Circle. Published in 1995, "Forgiveness Day " won multiple awards. This novella is often published together with her other novellas from the Hainish Circle, and it can be find in various editions of Four Ways to Forgiveness and Five Ways to Forgiveness.   Thematically, this novella is a part of five stories featuring two Hainish planets, but it can definitely be read on its own. I think it functions well as a stand alone novella. I listened to it in audio form, and I didn't have any problems following the story.  The world building is simple and effective.
