10 STYLE LESSONS LEARNED FROM MALENA/ MONICA BELLUCCI

Image
With summer being in full spring, I caught myself thinking about iconic summer outfits. Do you know what came to my mind? Costumes/outfits worn by Monica Bellucci when she played Malena Scordia in an iconic Italian movie set on Sicily.   The costumes for that movie were designed by an acclaimed Italian costume designer Maurizio Millenotti and he outdone himself! It really moved me greatly. In fact, that is probably why it took me this long to finish this book review. I needed to emotionally process the story.   The Island of Missing Trees is   set in London and Cyprus. The narration isn't chronological .  The story jumps back and forth, following ...

So, why not analyze her style?  In this post, we will  start with identifying the key items in Monica's closet and then we are going to examine them. Finally, we'll hack her style secrets. I already wrote a bit about her style when I analyzed Malena's (character played by Monica Bellucci) wardrobe . The reasons why I have decided to write about her again is because of her timelessly elegant and chic style.  I happen to think Monica Bellucci has a very classical style of dressing that is quite ageless and universally flattering. In fact, you probably already have ...
