Fashion illustration (yellow and green) / Modna ilustracija (žuta i zelena)


I always liked high waist clothes. I just find them to be not just more convenient (not worries about what might pop out if you know what I mean) and more comfortable than low waist clothing but also better looking and more stylish. ( I've even read some articles that state that low-rise jeans are bad for one's health. I'm not sure is that true but it gives you something to think about.). However, that doesn't mean that I'm saying a categorical no to let's say low waist jeans (they do look nice on some people), but they will never be my first choice. This illustration features a pair of green high waisted pants worn with a yellow shirt which I think would make for a really cute and retro outfit. Speaking of high rise clothing, I must add how much I like the trend of cropped tops and high waisted midi skirts, I think it's a fabulous way to show a bit of skin in a classy way.


Uvijek mi se sviđala odjeća visokog struka. Čini mi se ne samo praktičnom ( bez briga što će ispasti) i udobnijom nego i vizualno ljepšom  i stilski zanimljivijom od odjeće niskog struka. (čak sam pročitala neke članke koji tvrde kako su traperice niskog struka loše za zdravlje. Nisam sigurna je li to baš tako, ali može se čovjek malo zamisliti). Nije da sam rekla kategorično ne naprimjer trapericama niskog struka, ali nikad neće biti moj prvi izbor. Ova ilustracija prikazuje par zelenih hlača i žutu košulju, što bi mislim bila jako slatka kombinacija sa retro štihom. Govoreći o odjeći visokog struka, moram naglasiti kako mi se jako sviđa trend kraćih topova s suknjama visokog struka, mislim da je to divan način za pokazati malo kože na otmjen način.

    Slazem se s tobom o visokom i niskom struku :) Da si me pitala s 17 imala bih drugacije misljenje hahaha :) I meni se jako svidja visoki struk i kraci top...da, malo koze na fin nacin ;)

      nisam ni ja bila puno drukčija, doduše tada i nije niski struk baš bio toliko nizak, možda malo ispod pupka....danas je to baš ono jako jako nisko.

    Potpuno se slažem. Ima nečeg prefinjenog u toj kombinaciji a visoki sturk me asocira na modu zlatnog Holivuda, po meni neprevaziđenu. Kombinacija žute i zelene mi je prava letnja :)

Hello dear readers and fellow bloggers! How are you today? I'm back with another Ursula K. Le Guin book review. In this post, I'll review " Forgiveness Day" , a science fiction novella that is a part of the Hainish Circle. Published in 1995, "Forgiveness Day " won multiple awards. This novella is often published together with her other novellas from the Hainish Circle, and it can be find in various editions of Four Ways to Forgiveness and Five Ways to Forgiveness.   Thematically, this novella is a part of five stories featuring two Hainish planets, but it can definitely be read on its own.
