a reflection /odraz

a reflection
 For whatever reason (I simply wouldn't know) this place has been closed. Shortly after, vandals destroyed most of it. Is it a reflection of our society? or reflection of human nature? or the reflection of that famous law of physics (the law of entropy) that say all things tend to destruct and all order ends with disorder? Why is it takes so much effort to create something and it takes so little for all of it to disappear. I simply wouldn't know. If you look at the first photo closely you will see my reflection. It used to be my one of my favourite places to drink coffee (primarily because of the location and the view). Such a shame!

Iz kojeg kod razloga ovo je mjesto zatvoreno (pitanje koncesije plaže, poreza stvarno ne bi znala.) Nedugo nakon vandali su uništili većinu toga. Odraz našeg društva? Odraz ljudske prirode? Odraz poznatog zakona fizike (zakona entropija) koji kaže da sve stvari teže raspadanju i da red uvijek završava neredom? Zašto je tako teško stvoriti nešto, a potrebno je tako malo da nestane sve što smo stvorili? Jednostavno ne bih znala.  Pogledate li pažljivo fotografiju vidjeti će te moj odraz. Bilo je to jedno od mojih omiljenih mjesta za piti kavu (više zbog pogleda nego zbog kave no nebitno) Kakva šteta!

      Vandalism is not a lovely idea, believe me. Such comments are always make me smile)

      Nevertheless, I've got to say I understand you very well, Ivana. Nowadays people are acting more and more aggressive, they don't want to create anything new, but to destroy only. I always feel sad to see such things. Here in Russia such things are also taking place and its awful.

      It happens everywhere. I really must say I don't even blame the teenagers for vandalism and such stuff anymore...There are so many bad examples in the media for the young, violence has become an essential part of the movie and TV industry... It is no wonder that the kids and teenagers are copying that pattern of behaviour. So, I wouldn't be surprised if they were behind it or just anyone who is feeling frustrated.

    Such a shame...many places close without notice. Small businesses are having harder time to stay open against big companies. It's not so easy these days. I hope something will go here to replace the spot. Have a great day doll xx

    Tuzno mi je kad vidim ovakve stvari. Upravo sam jutros, na Banovom brdu, na zgradi napustenog bivseg Beteksa, kod pijace, svi znaju, procitala-na prodaju. Odnese taj natpis i deo proslosti i nostalgije... Sve se prebrzo menja

Hello dear readers and fellow bloggers! How are you today? I'm back with another Ursula K. Le Guin book review. In this post, I'll review " Forgiveness Day" , a science fiction novella that is a part of the Hainish Circle. Published in 1995, "Forgiveness Day " won multiple awards. This novella is often published together with her other novellas from the Hainish Circle, and it can be find in various editions of Four Ways to Forgiveness and Five Ways to Forgiveness.   Thematically, this novella is a part of five stories featuring two Hainish planets, but it can definitely be read on its own. I think it functions well as a stand alone novella. I listened to it in audio form, and I didn't have any problems following the story.  The world building is simple and effective.
