DIY---sewing flowers on denim/ Uradi sam- prišivanje cvjetnih detalja na jeans

Today I'm going to show you how you can make an old denim skirt a bit more fun. All you need is some material ( I chose a flowery pattern because I like it but anything goes really), a needle and a thread... You don't have to be neat, you don't have to use a sewing machine, you can sew it by hand in no time.  Just pick a material you like, cut out a shape you like and really you can attach it in a few minutes. I guess glowing it is also an option, but to me this just seems more simple... and really it is low cost DIY. (The chance is that you'll have everything you need at home). Anyway, this wasn't enough for me so I DIY-ed (is that even a verb?) something else...scroll down to see what...
Danas ću vam pokazat jedan mali uradi sam projekt koji je stvarno jednostavan. Samo trebate izabrati komad tkanine koji vam se sviđa (ja sam odabrala cvjetni uzorak ali može bilo što), odrezati oblik i prišiti ga. Pretpostavljam da se ista stvar može napraviti i sa ljepilom, ali ovo je jeftinije (sigurno imate konac i iglu doma) a i nekako urednije....Ja sam tako osvježila jednu staru suknju od jeansa, a nisam stala na tome...pa pogledajte...

In this post, I'll review " Forgiveness Day" , a science fiction novella that is a part of the Hainish Circle. Published in 1995, "Forgiveness Day " won multiple awards. This novella is often published together with her other novellas from the Hainish Circle, and it can be find in various editions of Four Ways to Forgiveness and Five Ways to Forgiveness.   Thematically, this novella is a part of five stories featuring two Hainish planets, but it can definitely be read on its own. I got back to my destination art series, and now it's time for another post in my fashion art series. Friday Fashion Illustration  is somewhat of a regular feature on my blog.
