Let's talk about blue....



 No. 1- one of the most comfortable shoes I ever had.  ( Emphasis on the "had" because ever since I took them to the shoemaker they haven't been the same. I don't know what he had done with them, I just needed to replace the heel top, but someone he managed to make them unstable. Anyway, if you find a similar model I recommend  you buy them. ) I wish I could buy them anew but I doubt I will find them in the store I got them in.


 No.2. blue blouse. You know how there are some items of clothing that you fall in love at first sight? This shirt I bought at second hand shop and it goes well with almost everything, it's very easy to style. I love the material and the design. Do you shop at second hand shops? I do, but not very often. Actually, this year I did it for the first time.


No. 3 Jeans. I know, it's kind of obvious but denim is the most familiar blue in our lives, right? It is as present in our lives as the sky above.

....and now, one question, if I may. Do you wear open shoes in the winter? I do. Provided that it doesn't snow or rain. I'm not that brave when it comes to cold, but if it is not too cold why not wear summer shoes in the winter?....and now another photo of the  lovely shoes.




and again something blue...This year I only bought only one present in DM, I tried to be a bit more original. I often shop there for gifts so this year I decided to broaded my horizonts a bit and...Well, I'll tell you how it went once the presents get unwrapped:)


 So, I talked about blue a little bit. When I'm at it, is anyone feeling Christmas blues?

I think that  we tend to get stressed when we should be relaxing- Chistmas is a time when many overwork themselves. My advice is just relax and enjoy your time!  ...that is what I'm trying to do...and to conclude my talk about blue, I'll share one of my favourite photos with you. I took this photo with ordinary, not a professional or fancy camera, but I really do like it:

Hello dear readers and fellow bloggers! How are you today? I'm back with another Ursula K. Le Guin book review. In this post, I'll review " Forgiveness Day" , a science fiction novella that is a part of the Hainish Circle. Published in 1995, "Forgiveness Day " won multiple awards. This novella is often published together with her other novellas from the Hainish Circle, and it can be find in various editions of Four Ways to Forgiveness and Five Ways to Forgiveness.   Thematically, this novella is a part of five stories featuring two Hainish planets, but it can definitely be read on its own. I think it functions well as a stand alone novella. I listened to it in audio form, and I didn't have any problems following the story.  The world building is simple and effective.
