    Samo malo raširi ukupni body da se slike ne prelamaju i sve će biti odlično.

I've had good luck with reading this month. I started reading  The Amulet of Samarkand    by Jonathan Stroud and I quite enjoy it. I'm still under impression of  The Sea Lady .  It is such an amazing novel. I finally got to reading Maya Angelou and I loved her,  Jazz  by Toni Morrison was as deep and profound as  Beloved .  Have you read any of these? Perhaps the novels are what I will remember this month for. Do you have any reading recommendations for me? Imala sam sreće s čitanjem ovog mjeseca. Počela sam čitati Amulet iz Samarkanda i baš u njemu uživam. Još sam pod dojmom romana Margaret Drabble (u orginalu The Sea Lady kod nas još koliko znam nije preveden). konačno sam počela čitati Mayu Angelou. A few days ago a package from wholesalebuying arrived. This was my second collaboration with this site and so far so good. Check out their top sellers  here . This time I ordered this pair of heels. I've been eyeing them for a while now. I'm really happy I ordered them because they look even better than on the site. I'm only sorry that my foot is still swollen, so I wasn't able to take them for a proper walk. Instead of that, I just took some photographs indoors. This royal blue one falls into the category of more special ones. Not just because this long formal dress is absolutely gorgeous (more about that later) but because there's a story to it. Worn for several wedding celebrations spanning several decades, this dress has lived quite an interesting life! This long blue pleated dress was a gift from my aunt. My aunt Nena actually wore it to her wedding! This blue dress wasn't her dress, but the formal dress she changed into after reception. Back when my aunt was young, that was the norm. When it gets cold........Kada zahladi..........

 What is your solution for those really cold days? I tend to fight the cold with layering and exposing as little skin as possible. That means scarves, gloves, caps, puffers and long coats....all those things I like to call full winter gear. Lately I've been quite enjoying this challenge of wearing as much clothes as humanly possible. This year (perhaps for the first time), I'm not at all impatient for the Spring to arrive but rather I'm enjoying this Winter. I'm not complaining about the wind (south or nothern) and I'm not bothered by the rain. If the night is too cold for a long evening walk, I have my fabulous book collection to rely on. A WIZARD OF EARTHSEA BY URSULA K. LE GUIN (BOOK REVIEW AND DRESSING THE PART)

In this post, I'll share my review for A Wizard of Earthsea , a novel by Ursula K. Le Guin. As is becoming a traditional on my blog, today we'll dig into reading and dressing styles, fashion and art. I'll try to match my outfit with my reading recommendation.  I'll show you how I would dress if I worked in a school for wizards!  Afterall,  I do work in a school and these two outfits are something I actually wore to work.  However, why am I mentioning wizards? Well, as the title implies -this novel is about a wizard. It's set in a wizard school specifically. Moreover, A Wizard of Earthsea actually predates the Harry Potter series. While we're on the subject, Ursula K. Le Guin wasn't really happy about the fact that she wasn't given her due when it comes to establishing a tradition of a wizard school. Late Summer. Finally, I can sense the transition in the air, that sense of change that is so much more than just the fact of temperature starting to drop. The nature is starting to dance according to a new beat and everything is about to change. The air is beginning to cool down, epecially in the morning and in the evening. Still, the Summer lingers. Caught between the seasons feels like being caught up in some old memory, Hidding away from life in some old jazz bar, caught between the desire to act and to withdraw. Yet, what is life?
